Sparkling Auto Wash
No soapWashed the car two days before and soap was fine. Drove through the sloppy city roads and hit the car wash on way home. There was no soap. Attendant said that there was and that they changed the type of soap 2 weeks ago and you cant see it and have had complaints. Very disappointed at the explanation. Maybe change the soap barrel when it’s empty!

Sparkling Auto Wash
Though everyone loves being harassed when washing their car, if this isn’t something you enjoy, I’d avoid this place. I had a bag of salt explode in my car and went here to clean it. The employee came and yelled at me for “throwing things on the ground” (salt from the mats I was spraying). Shockingly, all the salt melted when I was done (duh). Won’t be back here!** Edit: I increased my rating after an excellent response from the owner via email. I am still unlikely to return, especially alone; however I appreciate the owner’s attentiveness to his business and his customer service.

Sparkling Auto Wash
I used the automated wash during the early bird special. It was great. My car was cleaned with the ultimate wash for the price of the basic! It did a good job too. I'll be back again.

Sparkling Auto Wash
Clean, big wash areas that allow two vehicles at a time. 1 dollar gets you 2 minutes of wash time, while 2 dollars get you about 4 minutes. When I went through it cost me about 5 dollars for a small SUV.

Sparkling Auto Wash
Good location but that’s about it. Cleaning products are very low quality. “Spotless shine” spray leaves thick milky residue once dried, and I tried twice in separate occasions. High-pressure spray guns don’t stop spraying until the wash is over (why even have a trigger on them), and all foaming brushes are completely used up with heavily decayed bristles. All of that for an above-average price.

Sparkling Auto Wash
Clean place but brutal water pressure. If you need to clean your car, like need to get street grime or grease off, this place is terrible. Also, it feels like they might put soap or something into the clean water to rinse cause it felt like I could never get the soap off no matter how much rinsing I did. I’ll never go back. Now I know why it has low stars.

Sparkling Auto Wash
Puddle in the parking lots is so large it makes it tough to take cars through. It actually damaged my bumper.(was not driving fast through it. I notified the employee and was told they would let the owner know. Didn’t take my information or anything, I was too upset I just left, knowing I was SOL. Maybe will be better to go back there after the lake drains.

Pros: clean and spacious.Cons: 2nd time here. Expensive. Based on my calculation, about 1.65 to 1.80 per minute. It was expensive compared to other options.

Sparkling Auto Wash
Aiden was super helpful and friendly, pretty much making me a regular customer right away. Time per dollar is really good compared to the dollar per minute I’m used to. The vacuum actually did a good job which seems rare for a car wash. Even smart how they out the door opener beside the main payment station. Great car wash.

Sparkling Auto Wash
Extremely disappointing pressure. I think washing your vehicle with a garden hose would be more effective than using this car wash. The lack soap also makes it next to impossible to wash
