Nicole has become a life line to me. I was healing from back surgery and in incredible pain. She got me out of a wheel chair to a walker to walking on my own! We do a mix pool therapy , touch therapy , soft tissue release therapy. She is a positive person who loves to smile , laugh and she always lifts up my mental health.

Working with Nicole has been a blessing, she is far more informed on the biomechanics involved in joint/muscular dysfunction than any kinesiologist/physiotherapist I've seen in a long time. I've been going to Nicole for elbow/hip/shoulder problems caused from my line of work for some time now. Each visit she is a wealth of knowledge. Highly professional and friendly. She is helpful in teaching the (at home)exercises required on my part, to heal successfully. Since going to Nicole I've had far less pain. Highly recommend.
