Great experience today, massive selection, wonderful knowledgable customer service, answered all of my ridiculous questions, and scored a pretty decent deal as well!

This was a full service experience and our light fixtures were even delivered to our builder… we also appreciate the abundant variety of fixtures to choose from… we couldn’t be more Satisfied

Large selection of choices.Incredible customer service.Unfortunately didn't have a matching set of lights, can't just buy for the kitchen island and not match up with the front entrance nor the stairwells. We still have another month before all fixtures have to be installed.

Staff were very eager to help find that special light I was looking for. I had been in the store several times before I found the lights I really liked. Every time I went into the store to look the staff were still as eager to help me as they were when I first went there. I had returned lights and bulbs within the time span and had no issues with the returns. I love my hall lights and they were priced reasonably. You maybe could pay more but if you see their lights you will understand. They have a wide variety and you can find every light you need for your home and you don’t have to settle on a light that is cheaper elsewhere but not the one you really like. Love the Store. Great staff and owner. Your one stop shopping for the lights you will love.

An LED pendant light stopped working and was quickly replaced under warranty with the rcpt. We received the light the following wk. Works great!

Bought a light from them because we were told it could be 3+ weeks which we were ok with. I asked when you say 3+ how likely will it be over the three weeks? Not likely was the answer. Ofcourse it’s well over the three weeks and my wife shows up and is told it will be another 2 weeks. So instead they offer us floor model which we had asked for the first time and they said they couldn’t. Now I understand because of COVID everything is delayed so I can’t expect them to do anything about that. But the floor model which has been sitting there for how ever long they expect full price for? Seriously it’s technically used? 0 discount at all. Ofcourse we took it because who knows how long we will be waiting again for this light. And ofcourse we can’t get our money back because we don’t have the receipt. They would be better off just giving no time line instead of saying 3+. But I guess that’s how they sell ya. I think I’m more upset about having to wait this long to pay full price for floor model.

Purchased a chandelier specifically for a cathedral ceiling so needed a fixture with an extra long cord. The lamp was almost 700.00 and at time of purchase the sales person, who I've come to find out is also the manager, was very accommodating. She told me the light I'd chosen did have the extended cord and that it came with rigid cord covering and not a chain. Since I needed the extra length she also said that she could provide me with as many extenders as I needed. Very happy, paid for the purchase and waited a few weeks for the light to come in. On pick-up I asked another sales person for the additonal cord covers and she said she'd have to ask the manager. After being told I'd have to pay for them she begrudgingly gave me 3 bars when I reminded her of our deal. Weeks later I have the electrician install the lamp and on opening realised the light had only a chain, no rods. While the electrician waits (paying by the hour) I run back to the store to get more rods as I definitely didn't want a chain. Manager denied ever having told me it wasn't a chain fixture and told me that she never ever said I could have any bars, forget as many as I needed. After arguing with no success she suggested I buy additional chain....I thought about it and said never mind, I will return the fixture as it was not at all what I ordered. Manager proceeded to tell me it was too late for a return and I was forced to pay 30 more dollars for a chain I didn't want but had no choice as I needed to remedy the problem. She was rude, belligerent and ensured there would be no return business. I had expected to buy many other fixtures as I've just moved....won't go back, nor will anyone I know. Also found the identical fixture elsewhere for 1/2 the price. EPIC FAIL

Yesterday I had to return a lamp which, bought only last month, failed to come on. After the usual checks, bulb, hydro service, I returned the item to the store. I was met very pleasantly and welcoming by the manager, and the item was replaced immediately. When a product fails, this is the time for management to show that it is truly centred and this store shows that the business excels in customer service. Thank you,

Fair selection, decent prices and some helpful staff though I have experienced a couple of very rude staff. Thank goodness I was able to back myself up with receipts and product boxes. I see I'm not the only one who has received contradictory service from staff at this store. Hang on to all receipts etc. if you're going to purchase from here!
