My insurance sent them my car for repair after a collision and my experience with them was great.Wonderful communication which I appreciate especially because this is my first car, I really wanted to be kept in the loopI would definitely bring my car there again, and absolutely recommend this shop

Had a fender bender on our MINI. They did immaculate work. The car was fixed like it was brand new. The attention to detail was above and beyond. The staff was great also when handling my insurance company. I will definitely go back for any type of repair!

My husband and I went to CP Auto Body based on the internet reviews. I have to confess that we were skeptical that our car would look good again even after being fixed. To our surprise, and what a wonderful surprise, the car looks amazing and new!!!Mr. Paulo and his team delivered an amazing service. They were very polite and gave us a fair quote for the damage on our car. You can see the pictures below, before and after, to see the magical wand that touched our car. I’ve researched the internet throughly for the best body shop here in Toronto because I care tremendously about my car and having come here is the best decision I could’ve made. Paul (the owner) is phenomenal! He is an absolute Gurú about cars and repairs. He took care of everything and was extremely through and answered every question I had, even ones that didn’t necessarily relate to the damage and repair of my car. If your looking for a good body shop and honest work, this family owned business is the place to go.

I brought my 2021 Mazda3 after a small collision to be repaired and Paul, Irene and Nuno dealt with me professionally and were very easy to deal with (unlike most other body shops). The establishment was bright and very clean. They went the extra mile as well, handling my car with care and even Detailed the car after repairs were completed. This was a very easy experience, very pleasant people and I would highly recommend.

They did an incredible job on our car repairs and after price comparing at a few different shops, they definitely offer the most fair price. We will be back if ever needed without hesitation

This place is AMAZING! All the staff have been extremely helpful and friendly. I had to come here for an insurance claim and although the parts took over 1 month to arrive (not the fault of PCC) the whole process was a breeze. Once the part arrived I was given a day to come and leave the car for 2-3 days. I brought the vehicle in at 11am on day 1 and they drove me to the car rental shop (Venture Car Rental: See review). Then on day #2 I had an unexpected need to drive up north for a family emergency. I called PCC at 2pm to see if I could pick up the car and they hustled to have it ready by end of day that same day!!! I was so relieved and impressed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for any and all they do.

My SUV got damaged by the automatic garage door, the right front was slightly dented and paint was chipped off a little along with the scratch marks. The headlight on that side was also deeply scratched. I did some research and went through a lot of online reviews, I even called 6-7 body shops to compare their working process, price and the length time for repairing, CP auto body came out as the pick of the lot.My contact person was Victoria, who is very friendly, professional and understanding. She gave me a detailed quote and explained to me the charge item by item; she also patiently explained how the work would be done on my vehicle. She somehow made this rather frustrating situation become a lot easier and bearable. The customer service didn’t just stop here, on the drop off day, she asked one of their technicians to give us a ride to the subway station, and again on the scheduled pickup day, she offered to pick us up from the station. I really appreciated the nice gesture; it was very considerate and attentive.The work took about 2 days, the results are impressive, the dent was pulled up, the whole hood repainted, matching the original color and the headlight was wet-sanded to the point the scratches were barely visible. I attached the before and after comparison pictures which I believe worth thousand words.We will not hesitate to recommend CP auto body to whomever need a body work for their vehicles, the price is reasonable, and workmanship is great.
