Rude, bad service, expensive. First of all that lady is so rude, she would have gotten fired the first day if she were working for a company. Second, I asked for pressing iron but she's just used a steamer, I can buy a steamer with the price of your service lady, I want you to press my cloths, a 6 year old can steam cloths. And finally the price is ridiculously high. No wonder why local businesses are dying out.

Stopped in to inquire about my jacket zipper being broken. Man working helped me right away and fixed the zipper within a minute. He even showed me what to do if I continue to have issues with it. Very friendly and inviting atmosphere.

The dry cleaning quality is fine, however their pricing of repairs and alteration services is arbitrary. I had a pants patched with them a while back for $18 and went there for the identical service and they asked for $36...

I went in to get dress pants hemmed. The lady there wasn't listening to what I was asking for, ignoring where I wanted the hem pinned. She hemmed them multiple inches short. I went to get it fixed, she argued that it was my fault (after I said I wasn't going to pay for the fix).The damage was done and the fix is better but still not what I wanted (ran out of fabric). Looking at the job now, its obvious that it was a rush job.I wouldn't deal with the lady there, the men at that place listen and are much better. Or go elsewhere.

Good neighbourhood cleaners. Never had any issues. I mostly bring my clothes here to do alterations. They do a good job. The owners are nice and polite.

Brought in several items for repair recently. The owner Susan was very professional and accommodating. She even found holes I had missed, where other places I've been to just fix the rips you tell them about. Very satisfied with the work and it was on time. Will definitely be back again. Highly recommend!

I went to get a simple alteration done on a skirt. I was charged $40 and the lady asked me to pay in advance. I did so. The skirt was ready a week later. When I went to pick it up, there was a brown mark on the skirt that was not there when I brought it in. The skirt was brand new, bought online, and I know there was no stain on it when I brought it in. I asked about the stain and the lady immediately became defensive, telling me it must have been there before. She was quite rude about it; she didn't even look at the stain before swearing up and down that it was there when I brought it in. Since I had paid in advance, there was no chance of recourse. I would recommend going ANYWHERE ELSE for your alterations and dry cleaning. There are many places around far more deserving of your business.

Had only positive experiences here for many years. So I'm surprised to see some bad reviews. Everyone here has been friendly. They always tried to save me money by suggesting cheaper methods. Their dry cleaning hasn't weakened integrity of my clothes. Their cleaning always removed tough stains, including oil from expensive fabrics. Their alterations were reasonably priced and on point. They never lost or damaged any of my items. And everything was ready for pickup on time. Parking in the alley. Don't hesitate to try

Had my pants taken up. They didn't measure them on me like other places i have been. Just asked how much I wanted taken off. Lucky I had worked out how much I wanted taken off before going.
