Firestone Tire And Automotive Centre
Had my car in for service a few weeks ago for an oil change and brake service. Took a little longer than I expected but that’s ok. When I got in my car it smelled like fast food. It seemed like the they took my car to get food. I looked in my back seat, laying on the floor I found 3 Big Mac box’s and the bag just thrown in the back. I drove back up to the shop and saw one of the techs in the lot. He told me his name was Andrew, I asked him if he thinks it’s ok to leave garbage in customers cars. He started laughing at me as I stared in disbelief. I couldn’t believe it. Never going back.
