I drive a little further to visit Marigold Lincoln when my Lincoln needs service. I find them to be completely trustworthy and pleasant to deal with.

Unfortunately, not only did I run into all this trouble with a simple oil change now two weeks later after the oil change on my dash it says CHANGE OIL, so did they even change my oil because obviously they did not reset my oil life monitor. Simple things that should have been done.Dear Lincoln Customer Service,I wanted to make you aware of an unfortunate experience I recently had with one of your dealerships. Despite specifically requesting that only OEM parts be used on my vehicle during a recent service appointment, I was disappointed to discover that this did not happen.Furthermore, after bringing this to the attention of the service representative and requesting the service manager to contact me, I did not receive a follow-up from either one. In addition, I left a voicemail for the general manager of the dealership, but received no callback in return.On top of this, when I picked up my vehicle, it had not been cleaned nor was I offered any type of shuttle or ride accommodation. I had to request a pick up after the vehicle had been serviced.As a longtime Lincoln customer, I am disappointed in the lack of attentiveness and follow-up from your dealership. I would appreciate it if you could take the necessary steps to address these issues and improve upon the service provided by this dealership in the future.Thank you for your time and consideration.

The service department is basically a con operation. I had a service package with my Ford Fusion that I bought here. Despite taking my car in for service (last service was around January/February) the oil wasn't changed and just yesterday my transmission blew out due to a worn out transmission line. The mechanic at another dealership said this should have been checked during the last service and surprised it wasn't.I've been maintaining my own Ford vehicles myself for about 20 years and usually do my own maintenance, but I let these clowns do it because I had a service package. Avoid this service department at all costs. Blatantly dishonest.

I’d give Ford a 3.5, and this is why. I went to the dealership because my car was making this LOUD noise while driving. I assumed that it was due to a previous issue that I didn’t address, which I told them about. In hind sight, I shouldn’t have and just had them assess the car. They detailed issues wrong with my car totalling 2700. I couldn’t get back to them that night but I called them as soon as they opened, approving the repairs. Enterprise was opening shortly so I couldn’t get a rental at that time. So I used Ubers to get around all day. Travel is involved in my job, so this added up a bit. During the repair, they noticed another issue, but at this point, I just spent so much money, I said next time. Anyways, my car wasn’t ready until midday the next day and I wasn’t able to get there by closing. When I got the car on Saturday, it was STILL making the same noise. I got a hold of them a bit before closing and of course it was the last repair that is probably causing the sound. They told me to bring it back in and they’ll assess free of charge. I did and they were confident that the sound was the final repair. They actually guaranteed it. And offered a discounted price on the repair. So a few days later, I brought it in and fixed it. It was that part causing the noise. Overall, satisfied with my service. I do wish they were able to identify the issue before I approved all the work to be done. I’ve done all my repairs here, and I’ll continue to do so!
