I was not impressed with the service, it was a waste of my time. Upon asking if the new radio would work with Netflix, they said that it would work without any issues. The new radio installation took 45 minutes, including a rear camera installation. As it turned out, it didn't work. The old radio had to be removed and put back in after an hour and a half because they were too busy and eating. The old radio needed a password to be reactivated... For the password, I had to go to my dealership, but they charged me $50... What a rip-off!

Super service, did my Toyota Camry installation as if it came with the car. Took time, did it perfectly, answered all my questions and patiently explained. Will recommend to everyone for sure !!

Would like if they made the steering wheel controls work and have the head unit actually communicate with the car, it pretty much just plays music. GPS rarely works and the head units are quite slow. Not super communicative employees. I’ve called asking whether they can make the steering wheel controls work twice but I’ve never gotten a call back.

Very helpful people they installed my screen and back up camera and they were fast and good quality , reasonable prices, they also have a tons of accessories i recommended .

I visited a lot of shops and none had the parts I needed or offered a good price to install my a stereo screen on my hyundai genesis.Some of them even said what I wanted could not be done on the car I had. Altough they had never worked on a car like that one before Huneybae still were willing to give it a shot, they ordered the parts needed and did the job. I was watching the whole process and they always answered any questions I had during the installation. There were a few bumps along the way but they were always willing to keep going explained the cons and pros and offered a solution. All went well and a month after I am glad I found them and a very happy customer with my stereo screen now installed for a good price. Highly recommended! Gagan and Pranav were a pleasure to deal with. They provided me with quick replies through messages and the installation of an android double din deck on my civic was done within the time estimated. They also checked out my other lighting problems on my vehicle as well which were a bonus! Explanation of all head units thoroughly explained and demo’d for a better understanding of what you’re purchasing. Reasonably priced and they do carry warranties on most of their products they sell. Best pricing, great customer service and lightning fast installation! Got the Apple CarPlay put into my minivan today and tomorrow will get my sedan done as well. Highly recommended!

They need to learn proper installation techniques.. they installed a backup camra on my car with very poor wiring . Because of the this my car is leaking and water is going inside and damaged my car. Please don’t play with wiring and people,s vehicle if you don’t know how to do it professionally. Please don’t get your vehicles destroyed by them with their unprofessional service.

I got a screen and back up camera installed last week and everything was great until the audio suddenly stopped working. This screen had a one year warranty so I thought this was going to be no big deal. I took it back to them and left the car with them for an hour and a half, so they could give the car a look. I had to call them and see if my car was fixed (they didn't call me when they were done with the car), but that's not a big deal. On the phone they told me that the problem was fixed and that I should head back to the store. When I returned, they explained to me that my driver side speaker was shorting the circuit, causing my audio system to malfunction. Because of this, they decided to completely cut the 2 wires connecting the screen to that speaker. They told me “this would have normally cost you $200 but we will only charge you $50” for the labour costs. However, this is something I didn't even ask for. They didn't confirm with me if they could cut the wires beforehand either. They also did not make sure I was okay with paying the labour costs. Essentially I was forced to pay $50. Afterwards they told me that if I wanted it fixed I’d have to call and book another appointment.When I left the store I only had 3 working speakers in the car. When I arrived home I did a little bit of investigating and found out that the only reason why the audio wasn't working in the first place was because one of the wires in the door had become loose. I had to take apart the screen myself and tape the wires they cut back together. Now all of the speakers in my car work. They clearly did not know what they were doing and completely misdiagnosed the problem with my car. They charged me $50 for cutting 2 wires, which I find to be completely unacceptable. I do not recommend anyone to have their car worked on here.
