At the onset, the sales associate led with the fact that they do not work off commision and made a point to highlight their competitive prices and commercial graded" furniture. It all felt like a sales pitch in the end. We appreciated the logical approach to their introduction but became intimidated when furniture jargon was being thrown our way. We were trying to keep up. Outdated characteristics like "rub factor" were highlighted

good furnitures, similar to other places BUT not setup like interior decorators would. they are basically a warehouse. so it will be good to find what you are looking for in the fastest possible way. all the tables and chairs for dining are together. couches and armchairs are on one side, and etc. also the tight space is good to sit on everything else really quickly fast to know the difference from each other. bad thing about it is that they don't check for quality so some of them are broken in some areas that are not seen.please inspect what you buy before final purchase.

The buying process was good but the delivery was horrible for me. I ended up purchasing a couch from here for $1120. Couch is comfortable. Doesn't feel cheap. Came with extra decorative pillows. Was delivered intact and no damages. I found the prices reasonable and the sales people really friendly. They weren't hounding me or pushy compared to other furniture stores. The sales guy Mark assured me the delivery guys were really good. They'll troubleshoot maneuvering the couch into the home, unwrap it, make sure the sofa bed works, and take away the cardboard and plastic. Delivery was $90 COD. When the delivery guys came, they said they'd be here between 2-4pm and didn't show up till after 4. They literally dumped the couch in the middle of my living room. They tried to leave and I asked them if they were going to unwrap it only to be told we don't touch the furniture". I was extremely upset. I was led to believe I paid for a service that I didn't get. I called and messaged on facebook the store only to get an apology saying that's a misunderstanding and that costs extra. Except the delivery guys told me they don't even do that. To me that's very misleading and false advertising about the delivery service and the fee that you're paying for. Additionally

Great prices, very friendly and helpful staff. No pressure at all... They brought the furniture out to the truck for me and helped me load it. Will definitely be making a return trip.

I have recently bought a couch from them.The cushions are uneven, I had to drill holes for the legs, the legs are made of cheap plastic, there's a hole in the fabric on the side of the couch. The arm rest cracks when I put pressure on it with. I have had the couch for only 3 days and the fabric has already stretched where I sit (for the record I'm a petit lady). Oh and they don't tell you that delivery costs $100 until you are about to pay !!! The guys who delivered the couch just dumped 3 massive boxes in the middle of my living room and left. That's what you get for customer service with this company. Low quality and just disappointing.

Great selection of furniture at very reasonable prices. When it came to buying something, the staff were very friendly, helpful, and honest.Having looked at 15+ furniture stores in the surrounding area, I can confidently say this place has the largest inventory, best quality, and lowest prices. I purchased a couch for $1,900 when everywhere else was asking for $3,000 and up for similar models. I’ll definitely return.

If taking a trip to all the furniture shops on this strip, this one is definitely worth your time.Everything in store is real wood and pleather free (no mdf, looking at you ashley, moes, sandys) at a much better price than you will find anywhere else. Only catch is, being a liquidator, they don't allow returns. This helps them keeps their prices low I imagine.I bought my couch, coffee table, chairs and bench here and I couldn't be happier. Great quality, great price! Sales lady was helpful and the manager was helpful as well. Will be coming back for all my furniture needs.
