My husband and I commute regularly between the coast and Kelowna and as you can imagine windshield chips is something one may expect at some time or another.Whilst having a chip repaired at the 1655 Leckie avenue in Kelowna location, the young man encouraged me to sign up for a membership, $99.95 plus tax per membership. At the time I thought it was a good idea and signed both my husband and me up for the annual membership. The deciding factor was that I was assured that when the yellow tents came down for the summer service, one could call and have someone come to your home and repair any chips and cracks during the Winter. An extra, small charge for house calls would be added.I was very disappointed that when the time eventually came for me to avail myself of this promised service, I was told by their central booking that no winter service was available in Kelowna BC. I was shocked! I also contacted them by email and sent photos of my chipped/cracked windshield and to-date I am still waiting for a response.The young people doing the chip repairs in Summer are really good and professional. A Pity and very disappointing that the company could not extend that service and professionalism throughout the Winter months as promised in our membership. I have cancelled the membership for both my husband and me which will expire at the end of June 2023.I now have to have the whole windshield replaced. Buyer BEWARE of signing up for an annual membership.

We are having an unprecedented heat wave in BC. It was already nearing 40 degrees this morning and expected to reach 45 here. I was horrified to see Deco employees out working in this. I spoke to someone via the live chat and another by phone and both told me that their employees are trained to work in the heat". Are you kidding me?? Maybe you have trained them to work in normal summer heat but this is not normal. We are hot in the house with the air conditioning running and I was sweating just leaving the car to run into the store. Shame on you for putting profit above your employees' health. Maybe the managers could get out there and work today if they think the temperature is ok.I won't be utilizing your services in the future and I'll be making sure everyone I know doesn't either."

I just had a rock chip repaired which was nicely done. Service was punctual and very inexpensive. Very nice business owner.

This is a complete scam - DO NOT FALL FOR IT. They get you to subscribe, then the tent never comes back into town. And then they keep charging your card when you cancel.
