Totally recommend RCC 110%! They went to my home right away to determine the issue and fix it. The repairs were done perfectly to match exactly as it was before. The cleaning crew went above and beyond to have my home spotless. Is so rare and nice these days to find people who take pride in their work!

Following a heavy rainstorm last June, we experienced water damage to the hardwood flooring in our family room. The water appeared to be leaking in through our chimney, although we could not be certain of this and needed help in determining the exact cause. We engaged RCCN through our insurance claim and it turned out to be a great decision. As soon as RCCN visited our home for the initial assessment they contacted a stucco specialist who very quickly identified the cause of the water ingress (a loose chimney cap and cracks in the stucco). RCCN made sure that the exterior repairs were completed prior to any interior repairs being undertaken to prevent any further damage. RCCN then organized all of the various trades to replace the damaged hardwood flooring and refinish all other areas to match. The staff at RCCN were all amazing, returning our calls promptly, and answering all of our questions. You definitely get the impression that the company really care about their clients and their own staff. I should also say that RCCN dealt directly with our insurance company to ensure all of the repairs were covered under our claim, for which we are very grateful.

I switched a company that failed to do the job of repairs to a partial flood. I chose Rocky Cross Construction North who did more than expected. Excellent in all aspects and were professional and quick! Great humans!

My experience with my flooded basement started off very well with excellent emergency service. My issue was with the project manager when it came for me to review their quote for reconstruction. I am 83 and have a stair lift and when I saw an electrician was being hired I asked for the company I purchased it from, to do this work. It should be noted it was barely 6 months old and under warranty. The project manager would not agree to the change and a heated phone call ensued and he warned me the change would cause a delay. The change finally went to the Insurance company Friday afternoon and was approved Monday morning with a total cost reduction of about $1000.00. The project manager then said they were unable to fit me in the schedule. RCC had all my possessions and my treatment by this project manager was deplorable. The new restoration company did great work but when they confirmed return of my possessions on a specific day they were then told it wouldn't be done and resulted in a wait of another week. I contacted thd VP of RCC who turned my concerns over to someone else and I was told I would here back within a week. It never happened, but the attitude of the project manager took on a complete reversal. I was then treated with the respect I deserved from the beginning. My overall experience was initially good but my treatment by this one employee soured my experience. I guess a restoration cost of approximately $25,000 was not worth a small revision to keep the customer happy.

RCCN provided excellent service during the emergency clean after the water damage that we had at our house.They provided a comprehensive quote for the rebuild portion.RCCN maintained good communication with us when making adjustments to the quote.The communication got even better during the rebuild phase; many thanks to Lee and Vanessa for their prompt responses and support.All work crews, content manipulation, dry-walling & paint, flooring installation and clean-up; were very respectful and professional, worked efficiently and quickly.All the work was completed on time as per the schedule and the workmanship was of excellent quality. The new flooring in our master bathroom, bedrooms and basement looks great.We are glad to have chosen RCCN and will use their services in the future.We recommend RCCN for any restoration projects.

Great company to deal with. We had a leak in our basement and our insurance co. put us in touch with Rocky Cross. They sent a crew immediately to lift the carpet and get the fans going. After they brought in an excellent drywall / painting crew and an excellent plumber to do the work.

The team was so responsive to our calls and setting up a time quickly. They did an amazing job and there was no mess. They treated our possessions respectfully and carefully and put it all back. They were fantastic at caring about disruption to our days and were very friendly and explained everything. This was a great team and Sam and Dominic were very accommodating. Thanks

The Team at DKI was fast to respond to our flood damage in our basement. Communications was great and they were very efficient and quick to repair the damaged basement.

Dealing with DKI for the contents packing and storage during the repairs of my condo was the easiest part of all the moving pieces related to the flood. The flood and repairs came with significant amount of communication and coordinating of many different companies and individuals- this was extremely overwhelming. With that said, from the beginning of my communications with Krystal, the service was outstanding and efficient. Krystal was available for all of my questions, concerns, and accommodating some of my unique circumstances. Krystal was very professional, friendly, and understanding to my difficult situation, and answered all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner. After receiving my contents back, I was SO impressed with the time and attention that clearly went in to packaging my contents with care and concern. I have had nothing but a positive experience with DKI, even in the unfortunate circumstances of a flood in my home.
