Just got home with my “new to me” car this afternoon. Thank you so much to Natalie, Réal, and Angela. Doing everything over text and email made me hesitant at first, but Angela brought comfort to the process, and I’m thankful for that or I wouldn’t have the car I have now. Natalie and Réal made the process go so smoothly with no hassles and zero pressure. Customer service was amazing, and RMAC now has a customer for life. This team is amazing and they work hard to get you a great deal. Trustworthy, honest, going that extra mile, and personalization is what you’ll find within this team. Thank you so much to all of you. Also, it’s rare I give 5 stars, but this team definitely deserves the highest rank. I also truly appreciate the significant decrease Natalie got my interest rate down to.

Natalie is great!!! She worked so fast and got my financing done with no problems. I originally went to the bank for a loan, but will always use RMAC for auto financing from now on! I was on a real tight timeline and Natalie managed to get me financed and on the road in 24 hours. Absolutely amazing! Highly recommend this business!!

Natalie did an awesome job helping us get our new 2018 Nissan Murano Platinum at a prime rate. Others made claims and promises but at the end of the day couldn’t close the deal or even lower our current interest rate. Where to start well I saw Rocky Mountain on facebook and I asked them if they could help. They answered within minutes and it went from there.Natalie never gave up on us. I found their advertisement on fb and I was hesitant but I am so grateful I checked it out and Natalie is so awesome to work with. Got me what I wanted which was a truck and even though I thought I didn’t have a chance, Natalie worked hard to make sure I got it. BUYER BEWARE OF SIGHT UNSEEN PURCHASESNatalie did a fantastic job finding and sourcing a vehicle for me. My wants changed during my search and Natalie faithfully changed with them and catered to my needs. The financing she found was the best I could expect for my circumstances. Natalie gets 5 stars for her work here.My biggest concern through the process was not being able to see or test drive what I was buying. I mentioned that several times during my conversations with Natalie but reassured me that there would be no problems. To help alleviate my concerns and after settling on a make/model I test drove a couple of units from local dealers to ensure the car was right for me. Unfortunately once taking possession of my new car, problems came to light that would have been evident in a test drive and visual inspection. Natalie's comment was you wouldn't have let a couple of little things stop you from buying this car". My response was "I absolutely would"

Natalie was very accommodating! my schedule was shifting so she was very nice to communicate everything through email. So none of my time was wasted at all with the process. Natalie and Rèal are angels sent from heaven! I didn’t think it was possible in a million years for my girlfriend and I to get into a decent vehicle with our credit history, but these two amazing human beings pushed and never once gave up. They did everything in their power to make sure we were able to get into the vehicle we wanted, and got us a great SUV that we are extremely happy with, at an affordable price with an interest rate as low as possible.
