Booked an appointment for inspection and after showing up to my appointment which was booked 1 week ago they say they don’t have the time.Who does such a thing?You book appointments and when your client shows up you tell them “Yea Sir you’re not important and we don’t have time for you today”Very unprofessional attitude towards the clients.

Five stars for service department receptionist I stop there because my cab's heater motor stop working (only work on 4th position blower switch) There was no appointment available in that day ,But service clerk explained me location of the temp sensor (behind glove compartment) When I opened access for inside the dash he came outside end show me exactly the part which Should be changed end I installed it in 10 min Very helpful Thanks

I was first at the door when they opened. No problem we can get you in right away. I needed 2 v belts changed. It took 6 plus hours to get it done and because if the extreme time to get a small job done I lost my freight. Not only did I get a bill for the repair I lost $1000plus in revenue. This place needs new management. I don’t recommend.

This is the dealership with the best service I have encountered. The staff are very warm and patient to receive customers. The manager Louis, and Daniel, Kavin, Juan and Isabella from the maintenance service department ,even lent me a car to go to the hotel. I hope to come here to repair my truck
