Piece of advice,,,, Open the box before you pay, terrible service at this place. opened my item while in the store but after I paid and found a cracked plastic cup, they wouldn't exchange for a new product. Left it there! what awful customer service no one should buy from place, this its just giving your money away.

I love miniso, it’s like mini Asian department store with good prices. They have good travel containers and neck pillows. They have plushies and cute everyday items.A store to definitely stop by, you’ll most likely be leaving with a shopping bag.Store is good size, isles can be packed during peak hours but the store is well stocked and organized.Update:They change up their stock every now and then. Right now it’s marvel themed ! And if you’re an adventure time fan, they also have some of their merch that you would absolutely love !

Miniso is an Asian household goods store with Japanese design influences. We enjoy going in to have a look at the reasonably priced seasonal nic nacs, small electronics and some other niche goods.The store is brightly lit with many aisles to roam through the collection. The store carries an assortment of Marvel themed plush. There are also some Asian kitchen & home products not found elsewhere.

The most awful treatment today in their store. Purchased a toy for my 4 year old son and just about to step foot outside. As he was excited we looked at it and noticed the toy was broken. Not even outside the store yet. So I said oh it’s broken can I change it. And they would not change it. They didn’t care at all how a 4 year old felt and not at all cared how upset I was at the fact that their customer service was terrible. I’ve owned and operated my own retail store for over 20 years and never have I seen such awful customer service considering I’ve worked in malls all this time. It’s not about the 7 $ it’s how awful I was treated in a store. If you are going to sell stuff as final sale you should check your items before hand. Number 2 where does it state that it’s final sale if it is defective and you haven't left the premises. Staff should acknowledge certain situation. This is basically robbing people of their money by stating final sale even for their own broken defective items. They should ask everyone to unpack items while in store if this is the case before paying to check the items. Just so sad that people will even shop at these places. I’ll make sure no one I know steps foot in here.

Please double check your product before making a purchase in this store. I purchased this water bottle today at February 26 and this came with a box which was slightly opened but I didn’t think much of it since it still had a product in it and without noticing just went ahead and paid for it.Biggest mistake. Came home to notice a BIG crack in the front of the bottle and inside of it as well. Because of the crack from the inside the cover cannot close therefore it is utterly useless since the crack causes the bottle to not click for it to not open.I don’t understand why they cannot check their products before putting it on the shelves for people to buy. It is unfair for us customers that go to this store since we expect our products to work and doesn’t help that their is no proper exchange policy. This stores policy is borderline theft for not allowing us to bring back broken items.

Very cool store. My first time visit and I just loved all their items. If you love super heroes you will love this place. They have a variety of items in stock. A little bit of everything. Cashiers were not too nice but overall good experience.

They sell plugs and microphones that are not common in Canada ,and won't allow them to be changed, saying that only if they are broken. We can't break them on purpose, can we? We don't want to be impolite Canadians, and we ask you not to continue cheating consumers! Please !

The cashier miscommunicated the info about my purchase and sold us two extra bags for just 1 toy. Although they accepted the mistake, they had a “no refund” policy, even for bags, and even 5 seconds after the sale! They didn’t do anything to fix the issue because of final sale policies! So basically even if they make mistakes and admit it, they don’t fix it and instead steal from the costumer!

This store service are so so bad, they do not honor their mistake, when I check it was price mistake, the girl only keep saying this the actual price, I talk to manager, show him the store posted picture, store manager said is their mistake will get someone to change the price, HA! MINISO by law -if the correct price is $10 or less, the product is free. -if the correct price is higher than $10, there is a discount of $10 off. but the end he still do not honor the price.
