Good selection of products for our cats. I buy both my grain free pet food and walnut cat litter there. I have recently bought natural dewormer and it seems to be a great alternative to harsh dewormers. Staff is helpful.

I am trying to setup my first aquarium and asked for some help, Customer service guy told me they can't able to identify male or female fish for us. I have never heard same before. I gave a three star as I don't want be rude.

Petsmart is one of the few place I like to go to for my kitties. They often have deals; they even have an app with a game that wins you 15, 20, and 25% coupon for 1 item.I like that they have a good variety of healthy brands for wet food. 1 peeve I have is that they sometimes sell out and their shelfs stay like that for 2-3 weeks—with sale tags up. So its like what's up?? I drive out for 25 min and there's still nothing restocked, at least remove the tags.

Robyn @ grooming was fantastic.I was nervous too bring our 12 week old guy into his first grooming experience. Robyn made me (and my pup) feel comfortable, she’s knowledgeable & it’s VERY clear she loves and adores animals.10/10 experience. Will be back!

This was my second and last experience with PetSmart Sunridge. I took my two Miniature Schnauzers in for grooming and nails. I arrived for pick-up to find the staff shouting over each other while a frazzled girl held the reception phone in silence, looking down. Meanwhile, there were dogs barking and howling. A person that looked like a manager was shouting over everyone, again, trying to introduce another newly hired person. Then the Grooming Staff began saying my dogs were anxious and nervous and had trouble sitting still. Well no wonder! I would be nervous and anxious if I had to work in an environment with that much shouting and noise, as well. I'm sure they do their best but I would urge people to look elsewhere if they want dog grooming.

I am very disappointed with the grooming salon at this location. Terrible customer service especially at this location. Went in the morning the employee didn’t even say “hi” or anything they didn’t even explain anything to us. Not friendly at all I felt like I wasn’t welcomed here. I’m paying a lot this isn’t cheap. Please look into your employees customer service because I will not be coming back to this location ever again horrible service. The haircut and bath for my dog was good however customer service plays a big role here

I am truly disappointed with the Dog Grooming service. I usually go to the East Hills location and have had much better results. The Sunridge location took almost four hours for just a bath and brush. (No clipping , no fancy trim) When I arrived at the 3 1/2 mark, my dog was still very wet and still needed to be brushed. What did they do with him for the past three hours? They did not clip his dewclaws at all! (Main reason I brought him there was for his nails) I paid extra for a nail grind. You can't even tell it was done. Truly disappointing.

Since my boy was a puppy we have taken him to Sunridge PetSmart for grooming and we have gone through a few different groomers, all of which we loved and my boy loved but sadly they all went onto other things. But thankfully that brought us to Robyn! Who my boy adores and who always leaves him looking so handsome with the cutest rear end on the block. Im so glad that we have Robyn to groom him because a good groom is only half of it but having someone who you can trust with your pet and will treat them like their own is a whole other level of comfort. Thank you for everything Robyn.

Robyn is who I go to for our Pup Zico.She's amazing. He is always so excited to see his groomer he starts running from the parking lot straight into the grooming area pulling me along.When we pick him up he's always the most handsome boy and looks his best!Definitely recommend grooming with Robyn at PetSmart.

My experience here with the groomer named Shayna was absolutely horrible. When we walked in she did not greet us she stood there looking down, I stood there saying “we have an appointment” without any answer back. We did not feel welcomed here and were not asked any questions whatsoever what we want for grooming. When I go take my puppy for grooming I want to feel that my pup is taken care of and is in good hands. Here we felt very uncertain with Shayna as her attitude towards us was unacceptable. Not going to Shayna again!!! We also paid for the luxury package, there was no bow clips whatsoever (not that it’s a huge deal) but we did pay for the whole service
