Tired to sell a used iPhone as new one. Seal was opened, SN check indicated the phone was activated few months ago. However the staff gave me without hassle refund when i asked for it. Still not a good experience to deal with this.

*SCAM* Trying to sell Used phone like new. I asked to see it out of the case, it was loosely packed in and slid out of factory seal easily. No factory screen seals. Screen was scuffed up and visible scratches on the keypad. Guy knew nothing about the product. Asked for a lower price considering products condition but insisted it was brand new.My assumption is they are repackaging used phones with new parts. Phone had an Arabic keyboard but Vietnamese manual. DOES NOT ADD UP

Staff sold me an Alcatel phone that was not updated properly to fix a known software bug. My request to exchange the phone for Chatr credits was refused. Upon returning the phone, staff accused me of not returning a protective case (untrue) and of removing the Chatr sim card. (The sim card had been removed by a co-worker the previous day and he eventually found it with persistence and direction on my part) The staff was inept, rude and offered no apology for his 2 errors that caused me considerable inconvenience (including the 3 trips to the store) and a lot of frustration. He also offered no apology for his two false accusations that I found highly insulting. Avoid this place!

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS! Avoid at all cost, they carry defective items, and have various exchange policies depending on the person whose on clock and then don’t honour it. At the end they apologize for the “inconvenience”.
