This A&W is in a Petro CANADA gas station. The employees are friendly with great customer service. My coffee and food was freshly made.

If i could give 0 stars i would have done that. VERY rude employee today Sunday April 23 at 2 pm. Food is so bad. Worse experience ever. These staff require manners and a lot of customer service training

Very poor customer service by this girl ( In red T-shirt)We raised a concern about fries portion the quantity was very less and this girl start argument. She started yelling and raised her voice. I ordered two combos both were with extra tomato and red onion and there was no red onion I raised my concern again and they gave me red onion in a container and said you can add it on the sandwiches. ( very poor service it was a nightmare) however they were agree to replace my sandwiches but they gave me cold chicken patties this time. Finally I returned my order. I don’t know I ll get my money back or not but I’ll not visit this ANW LOCATION AGAIN. Overall staff were like same. Arrogant, Egotistic and Unprofessional. A BIG 0 (Zero) for this location’s staff especially for this girl in red TEE. I ASKED FOR HER NAME AND THEIR STAFF SAID THEY ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO GIVE INFORMATION ABOUT HER.. When I clicked the photo of the location and for my order and she raised her voice and start yelling u can’t take photos. The anger was really terrible on her face. I don’t want to waste my more time here by writing their long argument story. Photos are attached you can see.Thanks

I don’t usually write google reviews however i wanted to express my discomfort when i ordered. I ordered a simple meal, however when i was ordering i was very distracted by the amount of talking going on. i don’t wanna say you can’t talk to your friends however it was it was very distracting. i got my receipt and from what i got my cashier’s name was Lory. it wasn’t just her who’s was talking but from the volume it could be very off putting. i didn’t feel very welcomed and get as though i should hurry up and order so they can continue their conversation.

OH MINE, the Filipino girl gave my order to the wrong customers and the other customers opened the bag and digged their hands into my food and the Filipino girl still asked for the order back and served to me!!!! I also puked. It was onion rings and fries so it is not wrapped up like burgers. Disgusting. please avoid this location!!!
