Honestly great service. The Manager is friendly and professional. Staff is great.I was helped by Jeremy and the guy was very helpful and patient with me. He even scraped off the snow of the windshield which was very helpful in saving me some time. 5 stars

Wouldn't normally review a U-Haul location, but I've had nothing but great experiences renting utility trailers at this location over the past few years.Reserved equipment is always ready to go on arrival, staff and manager Tory are friendly and knowledgeable making the renting process a breeze!

After a moving company fiasco I had to panic rent a truck.Delia was incredible at check-in (even though I chose mobile check-in she helped me so much!). She was kind and highly communicative about the whole process making sure I had no questions.The facilities signs are easy to read and make the grounds easy to navigate.When I dropped off the truck there was a different attendant whom I didn’t catch the name of. She was on the phone when I first arrived; dealing with a customer arguing a charge. She was kind as she asked questions to familiarize herself with the story so she could explained the charge to him and she kept her cool (where I wouldn’t have!). The only indication to me that she was being yelled at by this customer was that I could hear him through the phone. She kept her voice steady and when he hung up on her she put the receiver down then greeted me with a smile and a friendly, “hi there! How may I help you”.In addition the cleaner even interacted with me to explain she couldn’t help me so that there was no questions as to why another human behind the counter wasn’t addressing me.High communication, super friendly staff. I’ll for sure be back!

I reserved my 26ft moving truck for two day. I spoke with two employees from the U-Haul Moving & Storage of Western Fair, 745 York St London ON location over the phone confirming that I could pickup my truck at anytime during those two days. Even though they confirm this is possible upon arrival I was told by the General Manager Tory that they gave my truck away after 2hrs past my check-in time. She got me a truck for the next day but that meant my two day move was now only one day. Didn't get everything out and will now loss some of my belongings!! Moral of the story is they will lie too you!

I'm never renting from uhaul again, first their system wouldn't accept my credit card so I had to pay a $125 deposit, then the truck they gave me was on empty, but their system said it had 1/4 tank, upon return they tried to charge me a fuel surcharge, now I have to wait 3-5 days for my deposit to be refunded to my account. Very stressful experience. Don't reccomend.

Changed reservation of a truck to a location over 100km away from the location. Not even a call of courtesy. They bear no consequences for affecting other's people plans. Last time I book with them.

Overall, the experience was very good and simple. I pre-booked the truck and storage unit online, and when I arrived the process was very quick and very easy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The truck was very clean, comfortable and drove well (smaller 15-foot). The storage unit was clean as well. They have a dock area for unloading, and the site is secure. It isn't the best area of town, however I don't think there will be any security issues to worry about. Overall, the experience was great and couldn't have gone any better.
