When we moved to Victoria a year and a half ago, we engaged Bonnie to help us unpack and get settled into our home. Little did we know when we first met her that she would become an indispensable part of our household. We refer to her as our fairy godmother because every problem that we have, Bonnie magically finds solutions. She is everything you would hope for as a professional and now as a friend.

Bonnie helped my Mom de-clutter her condo so she could move into independent living. Bonnie was kind and gentle, and knew what kind of questions to ask to find out just how important some things" were to Mom. She made suggestions and let Mom make up her own mind but was quick to share her opinions and ideas

When I desperately called out for help for a senior friend who was being evicted and a hoarder, Bonnie reached out. She was an angel. She was my eyes and ears helping my friend with everything while maintaining great communication with me 800km away. She worked her duff off. My friend thought she was lovely. I hired Bonnie to help facilitate a sudden move out of a house that I’d lived in for 30 years. We could not have made our short deadline without her. She was both efficient and considerate. Her citywide network of contacts meant she had a solution for every complication. She organized the packing up; dealt with garbage, recycling and donations; found storage options in a tight market; and supervised the moving company. Along the way, she also graciously supported me with tasks around the house to make my experience as smooth as possible. Bonnie was very helpful, first in downsizing and moving my mom into an assisted living facility in an efficient manner in a short time frame, and then later when my mom passed, she was very efficient and effective at finding all the important papers and clearing out and tidying up the suite. That made things very easy in a situation where I was in another city and in a stressful situation to get my mom some help and later having to handle the funeral arrangements during a pandemic from another city.
