its good place for just regular retail, but hyped jordans and other sneakers dropped you need to have even atleast 20 sneakers. lots of sneaker fanatic in lethbridge.

Poor service; polite kids, but they didn’t approach, didn’t reapproach, didn’t offer anything or upsell. Just chatted about TikTok songs and waiting for closing time instead of helping. Needed to be called over repeatedly.

store is nice and clean , good place if all you want is Nike or Converse runners, also if you want customer service go somewhere else, HORRIFIC customer service , store employee acted as if I were an inconvenience to her T-Shirt folding agenda. good thing Sport Chek is around the corner , very helpful and knowledgeable there

I was in the store for no longer than 5 minutes with my girlfriend when an employee asked me to leave because there were more people waiting to get in. So I rushed to try on the shoe and bring it to the counter where the employee again approached me to leave the store. They are lucky we still bought the shoes, whoever the short guy with long black hair with glasses, should be fired.

This Footlocker is very bare bones as far as variety of selection and stock goes. There's a lot of unused space in their store. They don't carry any Jordan Retros and their basketball footwear selection in general is terrible. You're much better off going to Sport Chek down the hall. You'll find a much better selection of basketball, running and lifestyle sneakers at Sport Chek and much better customer service. The customer service at this Foot Locker location is exactly what you'd expect from a retail store ran by a 22 year old kid fresh out of high school. Don't expect much professionalism, any over the top customer service or a great shopping experience.

Amazing customer service!!! I went in there this week to buy a pair of sneakers for my daughter, the Manager was so helpful and knowledgeable!! I ended up buying 3 pairs instead of one!!! Definitely going back for all my footwear needs!!! ;)

Very nice store overall. 2 stars based on shoe selection on the men's side. Not a great selection of any brands. Mostly underwhelming choices nothing up to date as far as new designs or releases. Very few shoes on sale.

Foot locker in the Park place mall is easily the best place to buy shoes in lethbridge. They have the newest shoes for all ages and sizes. They have very helpful and friendly staff that will answer all your questions and concerns. Even if your not buying anything, foot locker is a good place for sneaker heads to look at shoes.
