I got the Ottawa Senators donut and It's as if it was made at 5 o'clock this morning and this is 10 o'clock at night do you not have standards it looks like somebody was drunk when they were making this I'm absolutely disgusted No Is cream in it at all hard as a Is hockey Puck not edible A waste of money unfortunately I can't turn back at this time I'm half way down the highway otherwise otherwise I definitely return this

The last year at least they started only filling coffees about 60% full. Everytime.I only get coffees on saturday and sundays and its a buzz kill when they only give me half when i pay full price. This company can certainly afford it.

On Sundays I stop at the Tim Hortons in Prescott at the Ultramar gas bar, and it’s very shocking to me that there is always 4 to 5 girls standing at the drive-through window one person doing the cash and the trainee doing all the cleaning it happens every time I’m in there. I understand about drive-through times and you want to make sure that the drive-through times are good, but not one of those girls standing in the drive-through, go and help the person standing at cash. Today there was a lineup of nine people, and the poor young man was serving every single one of us by himself, the baker was too busy in the kitchen with another staff member that was part of drive-through. The drive-through ladies were too busy playing with each other’s hair and talking and hugging and laughing while a little girl named Emily, the trainee was cleaning everything wiping everything down while they were all having their conversation. This is not the first time that I have noticed this. It happens every week that I go in there , there needs to be some kind of management or supervisor on the floor. I think it’s a little bit ridiculous until somebody pipes up and says could this young man get some assistance out front not one of those girls offered to help him to me that is piss poor management

Went to Tim’s at 3am and they had an excellent section of baked goods and food. I was shocked considering how nothing is open late around here. The lady serving me was the sweetest. Great customer service and a smile on her face the whole time. So kind. She single handedly restored my faith in the Tim Horton’s franchise. Please make sure she gets the recognition she deserves. My fiancé and I go to this Tim Hortons almost EVERY MORNING. My coffee is NEVER stirred, the sugar is always at the bottom like sand. We order farmers breakfast sandwiches with NO EGG for SPECIFIC reasons, and they always make our food with egg and barely ever put the sauce or hashbrowns on either. ALMOST EVERY MORNING there’s a problem with our food. The only time there’s barely ever a problem is when Natalie is working, but even when she’s working they still mess up our food. Many mornings we go without food because of these people

The cashier was both super nice and super cute ..there were no line-up in the drive-thru , both items I ordered were available and the strawberry-watermelon drink with ice in it was sooooo refreshing today in that heat but I would have liked a bit more ice if they will. So I definitely recommend everyone should go check it out but get more ice and let me know how much more refreshing it was.. Guaranteed it'll be Top Shelf with more ice...

The location was under stocked on ingredients (not the staffs fault). However, the gentleman working at the counter got overwhelmed when i ordered two breakfast wrap combos, he didn’t really know what to do and when another staff tried helping him he got snappy with them and acted dismissive with me. He also messed up my 3milk coffee (added sugar when I specifically said “just threeMilk”). I would recommend trying McDonalds across the street before visiting here.
