Dropped off my car for an oil change and tire swap. They found that my car also needed an air and cabin filter replacement and called me to explain before proceeding. Vik was very transparent on the phone and in person on the work completed and the charges for each item. Overall, the work was quick and fairly priced.

A friend who knows Vik for the past 20 years recommended him. I found Vik to be polite, to the point, straight forward, honest and transparent. Apart from the above , he was very reasonable and did a great job in fixing my car's Drive Belt. Time to time I call him on advice regarding issues auto and he always obliges politely and bang on. An actual honest mechanic where they fix your vehicle and explain to you exactly what they are doing instead of billing you for time like dealerships. Vik and Jim were very good to deal with. Will be taking my business here in the future.

My car felt really wobbly when driving at slow speeds and I thought it could be an alignment issue. I read other reviews that this place was great for that and saw that they also do other repairs in case I needed something else done so I decided to give them a try.I called and they answered quickly and were able to get me in the next day. When I got there, I noticed the foyer area is quite nice and clean especially for an auto shop. Vic greeted me in a very friendly manner and then as I explained my issue, they informed me that it was likely not an alignment issue but likely something else.After some diagnostics, they were able to tell me that my issue was actually that my tires were completely ruined and was causing the issue. They quoted me a price for new tires but I found a better deal on tires elsewhere and asked if they could install the ones I found if I brought them in. They said yes and I was very happy that they were willing to save me some money that way. They were always responsive and pleasant to deal with on the phone.As I originally came in to get an alignment done, they double checked with me if I still wanted to get that done. I said yes and am thankful that they didn't try to up sell me and made sure I got what I came for. For diagnosing the issue, changing tires and doing an alignment it came up to about 300ish which I think is quite a good price. They also provide you with a report of your car's alignment which is very thorough and pretty cool.I was able to get my car back on the road within a day and they completely fixed the issue I was having! I am very grateful for their service and I would definitely come back!

I trust not only personal vehicles but our FLEET vehicles too! This team is local and deserves the support from the people and businesses of Edmonton. Vik was amazing, as a super busy guy he made time to help me make a decision on what rims to get, and helped me with the prices as well. Very time-oriented, supportive and kind customer service. Will definitely be back for any other vehicles. 100% recommend.
