Occasionally someone skilled needs a job and works there, once they find a place that's more modern, has more skillful (useful) co-workers and pays more (which can take a month or two) they QUIT.Thus, the quality of the work is inconsistent and Frank needs to find someone to do the rework or mess with it himself in between putting out fires around the Shop.They don't pay half wages, not even for the Foreman. They used to have a Company Photo up showing a huge Crew (a few even look credible) but damned if you can see someone in the Photo that still works there.The Owner seems nice enough and a fairly good guy, he just won't pay for people to do the work. Company Policy, I guess, as it's been that way longer than they had that old Crew Photo up for (20+ years).I CAN say they've been in business for a LONG time, that IS because the Owner CAN do the work (unlike much of the Competition where the Owner has no skill, business or Trades, and won't part with a few $$$ either).So when they can neither hire nor pa

Group of Companies!!! You are not dealing with a professional or know-it- all here as Justin Williams the so called CEO claims! You are dealing with a smart-a..!Take your business elsewhere and save your time, money and peace of mind! Some people are just not safe to work with, they put you in lots of trouble at some point!You can see that most of the very good reviews are coming from unknown google users! We all know Fake reviews!

Great experience working with this company.

I have elected to edit the original review, I was contacted by the owner who was not pleased to hear of the total breakdown in the relationship and did what he could to correct the issue. Its unfortunate that it took a bad review to elicit the response and it does not change the fact that the project was significantly delayed by them, however the Business development manager visited personally to apologize and took responsibility which stands for a lot.

So... I decided I need to do an update: I had an issue with an order. The inside sales guy initially did not fix it, in his defence, he didn't see the issue. But the owner promptly contacted me and gave me 100% satisfaction and corrected the problem. The follow up form his team has been spectacular.

Great company – staff go out of their way to answer questions and assess issues when they arise.
