I was pretty darn happy with this experience. My new e-bike arrived cross-country, Calgary to Halifax, without a mark on it (or the box, for that matter), faster than I expected, and the communication with them was excellent. A very satisfied client here!

One star but should be ZERO.They provided transportation of my items, which was theft by their truck driver. Their Driver put his own signature during pick up on: Item Release Form which is proof of pick up. My items were worth over $ 2K. Highly not recommended.

I bought a product from Costco that wouldn't ship to Ontario. I got in touch with Dimexco, and from the very first contact Richard was responsive and professional. When they received my product at their Quebec location, they confirmed it was received in good condition and even send pictures. The turn around to Toronto was quick.

Super effective and fast service. I recommend this company to anyone with international shipment needs. I had 17 boxes and luggages of household and personal items, packed on two palettes - going from Montreal to Karachi Pakistan. The transfer via Turkish Air Cargo, went very smoothly and I got all my stuff in no time. The staff were very helpful and reliable. A+!
