The staff here is always so nice. I showed up early in the morning just to browse, and left a very happy customer. I got the cutest pet tag, collar, harness, sweater and leash for my kitten. All in a nice shade of teal. So I'd say there selection is pretty good. The store is a bit messy and hard to navigate the selection. Especially the pet tags, was hard pick one. Either way, I always stop at Indigo when I am in town.

yall said the girl who cuts nails will be there until 4 . So I show up not even an hour after calling it's now 2pm and you tell me shes not there...This happends almost everytime I go in or call.So whoever cuts nails or whatever -can you please tell me your scedual because I'm tired of wasting my time coming in to find out you left

Knowledgeable, friendly staff who showed our furry friend tons of love! Lots of one-on-one attention in spite of emergency renovations taking place at the exact same time. They were even quick to suggest other vendors as a product we were looking for was not carried by them. Highly recommended business!

I went in looking for a new companion for my Black Moor Goldfish it's companion resently passed, I was also looking for a few fishy friends for a friend of mine . At first I was a little sad I found the fish for my friend but they had nothing big enough to be a companion fish for me but the amazing thing is this place takes surrender fish and helps find them new homes . I was in luck a gentleman was surrendering a Large black Moor that day I just had to wait . I got the companion fish I wanted and the girls there were so happy so kind and helpful. Thankyou ladies Juun and little dude are getting along swimmingly.

The best pet store in Southern Alberta, hands down! Nikki has a true heart for animals and their owners, and her staff are equally as courteous. And then also, the store is extremely well stocked with a huge variety of high quality pet products.

We have had multiple bad dealings at Indigo. We have tried to order in pet supplies they never get them, they never follow up. However, I reached my tipping point when they wouldn't warranty a fish that we had in our possession less than 24 hours. We take pride in supporting local businesses but when owners refuse to stand by their products we will refuse to support them. We spend hundreds of dollars on pets supplies every month...we will now shop elsewhere.
