I just spoke to Russ over the phone and was completely taken back by how hostile he was. I was inquiring about a commercial space and after giving some information about my business I was abruptly told ''yeah we don't want it, we don't want you here. This is not the way to speak to prospective clients even if you have certain biases towards a particular area of business (that is in the same area that the listed space is currently being used for). Hopefully this review helps you reevaluate the way you present yourself to business owners."
