The baristas seemed nice and my drink was fine, but there weren't any seats inside at all. I was planning on waiting here before a bank appointment, but I don't know if they just don't have seats early in the morning or if this is on purpose :(

The store only have take out and the wait time is always ridiculous. They don’t give priority to mobile order.

My husband received his drink which right away smelled off. When taking off the lid you could see the milk was curdled and this was at the bottom. We thought it was a one off but 2 days later same thing happened again. This location needs to clean their equipment and storing containers..something is definitely wrong here

While on a walk with my chihuahua I placed an online order and called the store to see if they could meet me at the door with my drink— not only were they super kind and accommodating, but they also brought out a pup cup! Such a great experience. Really above and beyond.

It's okay if you really need Starbucks. Baristas always seem irritable and impatient. Last time I was there, the woman serving us gave my partner so much attitude he couldn't get his order in properly. Not to mention the lobby is often dirty and the bathrooms are usually blocked off/closed to the public. Could be much better.

Only go here if you have 30 mins to spare! Can’t expect a quick grab and go, especially in the mornings/afternoons. Only 1/3 staff is trained to make drinks and there were like 20 people waiting while the other 2 staff just walked around trying to find things to do. Slow slow service!

I used to be a regular to this store when I was staying in London. My order was for green tea latte and chai latte with almond milk. Their staff were friendly during all my visits. They would have my order served even before I could finish the payment. I've sat here and worked on my laptop for hours. I've had long talks with my loved ones. I've never been disturbed during my time here. Thanks to this store for filling up that positivity in me when I needed it.
