Ordered a croissant with just cheese and sausage. They put an egg in it. How sick was I when I bit into an egg that I am allergic to? Also asked for salt and was asked they didn't have any. What?

This isn’t for this tim’s but it’s for the one on gréber, number one it took them about 25 mins just to for my order and i was only behind 2 people and both people infront of me got coffee. Two I asked for a LARGE salted caramel iced coffee i got a small vanilla iced coffee, and they still put my order as a large salted caramel iced coffee, horrible service. They need new people no one was paying attention and they weren’t doing there job right.

The pastry is amazingly perfect. You can see the work behind it, the way the Baker makes sure that they're of quality when he can choose not to! Most of the Tim's have ugly donuts and bagels but here is different. That is if you get that Baker though, he is tall and has blue eyes if you really wanted to wait for those quality donuts.I don't know why people complain so much, especially elders. Maybe they got so much time on their hands that they LOVE to get attention? It's a Tim Hortons, a fast food chain, you cannot expect to receive a 5 star perfect service or food. There are restaurants out there that offers proper etiquette. The staff is nice and yes sometimes it will be slow but seeing people complaining about waiting for their sandwiches when their timeframe was only at 3 mins and mine was at 10 mins is ridiculous. Be patient.If you're searching for decent bagels and donuts from a fast food chain, then this is the Timmies to go.

I work in this mall and buy iced coffee from here every shift. I pick up some iced coffees for my co workers along with my own. I buy the same thing every time. One day, the coffee with be dark and bitter. Then the other day, it will be milky and very sweet. I often find that the coffees i order are sometimes almost half empty when they are given to me. Does the manager even correct the workers here? At the start, I supposed that the worker was just new. But no, the workers here are all the same and show not effort in satisfying any customer. I feel that i am never treated with enough respect at this establishment. I don’t know if it is because i speak english when ordering, or because they treat everyone like this. The attitude they give makes everyone feel very unwelcome. I really hope the manager does something about the customer service here. How are the employees all like that?I am definetely not a picky person but i am never satisfied here, don’t recommend.

Really disappointed and very disgusted by Tim Hortons today the date 8 may 2023 this morning I went to Tim’s to get breakfast, I ordered a breakfast sandwich nothing seemed wrong with the sandwich until it came to eat the egg inside of the egg there was this green blue ish colour which means the egg was expired really gross me out I don’t recommend this Tim’s they give you expired food!!!!

Friendly staff and usually quick service, I like to go here because of the great prices. I love getting my ice coffee here. It’s delicious!
