Kal Tire

Had a flat tire, come in and they put on spare and quote of serval options because the tire is broke so it can't be fixed. The front desk said they will match price, I comeback later with price of exact tires on costco website that on my car, he said he need actual paper from Costco to match. Well since I need to go all the way to costco and I gave them my money instead . Kal didn't charge me the labor job to put on the spare one. Still great service I guess

Came to do my late season swap, the location of the place is in a nice and quiet environment. The staff at the front desk was remarkably professional, was polite and got straight at it when I checked in. The workers that are their, as I seen were all young but that didn't take away the proficiency they had on working with my car. Definitely recommend this place, it can be pricey sometimes with tires or anything else they think you need but they are a company that does an amazing job.

Awesome service! It was quick (even ij a busy day). I just had a flat tire and I had to wait no more than 30 minutes plus I got a nice coffee. The lady on the front desk was more than spectacular, love this place.

Waited on hold for over 20 minutes, literally was able to drive over to the location faster than they could come back to the phone and answer a question that took 1 minute to answer. I just watched 3 employees struggling to deal with a single customer. I said if they couldn’t do it today then don’t worry about it just rather annoying they had me waiting on the phone for over 20 min and the lil bald dude tone instantly changed to a disrespectful tone “oh that’s because we’re busy sir”. Really wanted to turn around and say thing to him but not really in the mood to deal with someone with little man syndrome. I just watched 3 employees that are not the techs mind you struggle with helping a customer out, it shouldn’t take 3 people to do that 2 at most. Then his excuse of a 20 min wait on the phone is were busy but I watched him put someone on hold then within 2 minutes go back to said person on hold so that excuse was just him lying straight to a potential customers face. I’m genuinely surprised he said that with a straight face, if he’s able to lie when he knows I watched him prove his own lie to be false I can’t imagine all the other things he’d lie about to. Just be honest you forgot you had me on hold or that you were having issues dealing with something trying to figure it out and I would have understood and not been so annoyed about that but instead you decided to lie. That’s just bad customer service and a shop that has employees willing to lie over such a little thing isn’t a shop I’d be going back too personally.

Came in for brand new all season tires and was extremely happy with everything. Great customer service, very thorough job, excellent on timing. It was so good my dad even gave the guy at the front desk a tip!

This place is so nice. Everytime I go I feel like the work was done right and I didn’t get cheated. The man who did my tire swap was so nice. I am sorry cause I think my dog peed on the tires before I brought them in. Thank you. :)

Brought in my vehicle for a flat repair. Staff aware tire's already in the trunk. Ended up 'fixing' the wrong tire, which I wasnt even aware was punctured and sent me on my way. Opened my trunk to find the original tire... punctured still, obviously. They rush it back in to get fixed attaches the proper tire. Left the 'fixed' tire in the trunk and found it like this. Long story short, won't be availing their services again.

I am thoroughly disappointed in the downfall of service I received in this past month.I booked a simple, regular seasonal tire change over before a trip I was taking out of town.Before the appointment (in the Leduc location) my sensors were absolutely fine and my vehicle was operating perfectly well.It’s a 2020, I drive A LOT for work and I hold a high standard for a reliable, working vehicle.After my appointment, the check engine light was on, prompted by the TPS sensor.I was advised to drive around for 20 minutes so that the reader could pick up the tire pressure. At no time was I advised of the “dead battery in the sensor”.I drove around and revisited the store, advising once again that the check engine light was still on. They “re-set the reader” and sent me on my way stating that it should pick up the tire if I drove for another 20 minutes.I don’t have all day to drive around or the money at my disposal to drive simply for leisure.The next day, to no avail, the check engine light was still on. I had to leave for my trip and drove several hundred kilometres, anxiously with the check engine light still on.This is unacceptable.I booked a different appointment at the northside, Albany location to get this sorted out.I explained the situation and notified them that I felt it was odd that my vehicle was perfectly fine before I took my vehicle to Leduc.I was advised that there is no way that the techs could have broken my sensor while doing the tire rotation but that they would look into it. Ok, no problem. THREE hours later (I waited in the lobby), I was advised that I had a slow leak in a separate tire and that the original sensor that was broken had a dead battery… those batteries should last up to 10 years so this baffled me that it happened to die the very same day and hour my car was being worked on… not suspicious at all…I asked that the tire be repaired and was advised to get the sensor battery replaced at my dealership. Great, booked an appointment for that.During the tire repair, the North Side location BROKE a TPS sensor on another tire. Perfect. Now I’m REALLY stressing, driving around with not only ONE sensor down, but TWO until my scheduled appointment at my dealership. Even though I was advised that there is no way that the original tech could have broken the ORIGINAL broken sensor.Not a happy customer. Currently would not recommend this company, at any location.

Kal Tire Albany Edmonton ROCKS! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Efficient service and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Keep up the Great work!
