Having gone through postpartum depression with my son back in November 2019, without Mother Me there to support my babe and also supporting me through a very difficult time, words cannot express my gratitude. Rayzel, who was my Doula, came early every shift and never missed a night. Even through the biggest snow storm she was there. For new mothers you know what that reliability means. I saw how much she cared for my babe and it made me so happy. I was able to leave her alone with him knowing he was in good hands but also loved. That was very important to me. Liza would call me every week to see how I was doing as a new mother. Listened to me when I told her how terrible I felt and gave me advice to calm me down. Being a new mom isn’t easy, but having the support through Mother Me makes me feel like I cannot wait to have a second.

Just like other one star reviews, their admin staff, Operations Manager is horrible. I had a phone appointment made and she called me 30 mins after the appointment time. I told her it wasn't a good impression that she didn't call at the appointment time, she laughed and said well you aren't due till later and we're busy so..." It sounded like they didn't need my business so I'll be happy to be taking my business elsewhere. I would expect punctuality & great customer service when I'm spending $3000+ for a service (I was looking into getting the $3200 package)."

I cannot express how thankful I am for this service. MotherMe is outstanding! The newborn stage and sleep regressions can be some of the hardest times in a woman/mothers life. It's no joke that sleep deprivation is a form of human torture.Mother Me came to my rescue during the newborn stage when my baby was up most of the night and I needed to recover from my c-section. Healing is difficult without sleep.They again came to my rescue when my little guy was 5 months old and went through a sleep regression, then he got sick, then I got sick and then I got insomnia. Mother Me helped me get sleep and healthy again. Once we were both healthy they put a plan together to get babe sleeping through the night. We were a team to help sleep train babe and within a short amount of time, little guy was sleeping through the night and I got my life back from zombie land. Outsourcing having someone else help with nights during sleep training is one of the best things I have ever done. I wish I had known about this service with my first child.We interacted with several different doulas and all were outstanding. Lastly, I cannot say enough about the care and service that Lisa, the owner of Mother Me provided me.Thanks again Mother Me! P + L

I've been working with MotherMe for 5 years now and absolutely love it. MotherMe is an awesome company to work with: client focussed and doula focussed as well.

Disorganized admin staff and the billing lady can be rude which results in undue stress for new parents. However, their doulas/ ´nurses are great. You ll be lucky if you get Nimmi, she is THE BEST.

I have been working here over a year now, i love to work as doula, and our clients are so sweet. Its a great company that takes care of their doulas and clients. They find out perfect match doula for their clients.

I contacted them because of my friend's recommendation but they were so difficult to reach. I sent them over 5 emails and only got one reply. I mentioned that if I'm having difficulty to reach them what would it be when I'm in labor? They said it is what it is and they are busy. So I ended up using other services that was way better and they responded in timely manner. From my experience they weren't not friendly at all and that's just from our emails exchanged. If you have any doubt in mind, contact others before signing the contract.
