My kid been enjoying every minute during school day! teachers and the team are extremely responsible and the place is fill with love.

The day care is clean and safe. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and really take the time to get to know kids and their families. My toddler loves going to school and comes home happy.

As a mother of three, I’ve dealt with my fair share of daycares. People ask me why I am taking my son to a daycare in Richmond when I live in vancouver and I have lots of reasons why I choose to drive an hour everyday to drop off my toddler at Richmond east. At first it was the new facility that impressed me as it is beautiful, clean, and massive. Then it was the how well the business owner and administrative staff communicated with me whether it was via email or phone. They were thorough, efficient, and kind. Then it was seeing how well my toddlers teachers interacted with him. He is your typical two year old going through the adjustments of a new daycare as well as the arrival of his new baby sister and he absolutely loves going to daycare and is thriving! He’s always been a difficult napper at home, but the teachers figured him out very quickly and is now napping regularly. Within months, he’s gone from saying a few words here and there to speaking full sentences and singing songs. It is exciting to see him developing at a rapid pace and everyday he impresses me with a new skill. I have already put my newborn on the waitlist for next year and my only “complaint” would be why this group doesn’t have a daycare in vancouver because it would be amazing! And good daycares are desperately needed! But so so happy to have found this place for my son!

My toddler loves going to Tiny Hoppers East. We started attending back in Sept. 2022 when it just opened up. I had some doubts at the beginning worrying a new school would entail some disorganization, but the admin team and teachers have been super professional since day 1. As my toddler has never attended daycare before, he had a hard time at the beginning. But teachers figured him out quickly and soon he was napping and eating on schedule and having great fun. Often he is a bit reluctant to leave at pick-up time and the teachers tell me in details how his day went and what new skills he had learned. The school itself is spacious, beautiful, and nicely situated in a secluded office compound with easy parking and lush green space. I especially like that the teachers can take the kids out for walks and explore natures nearby. Overall, Tiny Hoppers feels just like family, and is really a wonderful support for any busy parent.

As new parents to daycare, we're happy to have chosen and recommend this Tiny Hoppers Richmond East location. It's worth it : )Daycare is well managed with high cleaning standards, new/well kept facilities and healthy foods during the day for the kids to enjoy. Parents are also well informed about daily activities, either via app, or email/phone.The administration and education team have been very responsive and caring to the needs/concerns of our toddler and us parents.Our toddler is getting more comfortable at Tiny Hoppers. Always learning, feeling care for, and keeping active in interesting things with the teachers and fellow classmates.Owner, director and teachers have all been wonderful and friendly with all aspects.It's been an adjustment, as it's our first experience, but we feel reassured knowing the kids here at this daycare are well cared for.
