Fibrenew Ottawa

I took my car to Fibrenew to get the seat repaired. I dropped it off at 9:00 am and picked it up around noon. They completely replaced the leather on the seat. Unfortunately they were not able to fix the bit on the side of my seat because there is a airbag in there that they can’t touch. I was very impressed with the speed and the finished product. I have only done this once so I can’t tell you if the cost was reasonable or not.if I took it to the dealership to get it looked at they would have told me to replace the seat and I’m sure it would have cost $2k or more. So the $450 for my repair makes it worth while.Keep up the good work fellas!

Pat from Fibernew did an amazing job at removing a stain that was caused during the moving process. He was also very professional and friendly! Would definitely recommend Fibernew to anyone looking for repair work to there furniture (or car seats) leather / fabric.

Ken and Benoit are awesome. Super nice guys. Did a quick fix on my driver leather seat and it was very hard to tell where they even did the work. Leather outer lumbar support was cracking and fading, see photo below for after results.

Absolutely delighted with the service and quality of the work. Response was quick - the technician Patrick was able to be at our house for the repair within 24 hours of me asking for a quote. Amazing. The quote was spot on, and very reasonable. The quality of the repair is outstanding - we had three broken springs resulting in a very saggy sectional, and Patrick was able to repair it like new, right in our living room. It feels very solid, and will probably last us many more years. Patrick was superb to work with - efficient, friendly, professional, honest and helpful - he did such a great job. Would recommend Fibrenew to everyone who needs furniture repairs - there's no reason to go anywhere else!

All I can say is WOW!We had two “tired” looking leather club chairs that we wanted restored. We contacted Fibrenew to ask for their advice and see if they were worth repairing. Pat responded almost immediately and addressed all our questions. We decided to take a chance and all I can say is we have absolutely no regrets! The chairs were restored to almost better than new condition! Foam was replaced, straps tightened and minor scratches and abrasions removed.Pat provided outstanding service, took the time to explain everything he was doing, and did all this on-site, which meant that we were able to enjoy sitting on our “new” chairs the very next day.Quality service at an excellent price! - quite a rare find these days...If you have a piece of leather furniture you would like to have restored, you owe it to yourself to call Pat at Fibrenew. My brand new expensive fabric sofa had a small stain of unknown origin. I was referred to Fibrenew by the store i purchased the furniture from. The Technician Pat was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and worked extremely well and diligently to remove the small stain. I am more than pleased with the service provided and i would highly recommend this compnay.

Al repaired two sofas for me and made them as good as new. He treats them like his own furniture and took his time to make it perfect. Highly recommend!
