When someone has a problem with their local building manager, no one can contact their head office. Their answering service is full or they don't respond. No email option.This manager is cruel to many tenants.Their Maintenance Request form and Complaint/Incident form didn't have an accessibilities option until I made them fillable PDF forms(Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.) And won't/didn’t except them through email

My wife and I were live in superintendents . We found the company and staff brilliant to work with and were sorry to leave, however an opportunity came up and we were not totally pleased to resign.We had NO issues at all and very happy there.The building itself was well taken care of and anything that required attention was dealt with promptly either by ourselves or by management.We cannot find any reason to criticise either the staff or the building.

Emily Ramirez is our property manager and she can never be reached, always sent to answering machine. Extremely ignorant, unprofessional, unhelpful. We need new property management immediately, always stating to me how much things cost, reveals our complex has no reserve funds, poor at building rapports with other nationality’s in the area.Our housing system needs help, not sure how companies can get away with operating so poorly. Sad and upsetting. If I could give no stars. I would.
