We've eaten here regularly as residents in Mission but the last two times have been very disappointing. The worst Turkey dinners ever tonight, instant milkshake, like water.June 17 Next morning:After being reached out to with a shallow Google posted apology by Ricky's yesterday evening and being asked to contact the manager, we attempted to . We phoned this morning 10:17 am and we're asked to leave a message and told the manager would call back shortly. No one called back as of 3:00 pm this afternoon. Not looking for a refund on the $55.00 dinner and do not wish another apology. Just a warning to other seniors looking for a good meal, don't look here :) Lance FergusonJune 19 Update resolutionMinutes after our post of June 17 we were contacted by Ricky's Management and offered a gift certificate which we refused. We requested and were given our money back.

Worst experience ever I would give if zero stars if I had the option. We waited over an hr. for food they gave me the wrong menu item and the next time my soft eggs were poached hard. They screwed up our order twice and they made it feel like it was our fault even tho it was the kitchens fault and they told me it was gonna be another half hr wait after waiting already waiting over an hr. Which is insane. It was supposed to be a nice breakfast with my mother and she ate alone. I was gonna see how this whole thing was handled and we stilled got charged for our food. I think one meal was comped. I will never be back and I want to let you people know don't spend ur money here u will be disappointed.

I can not say enough about this restaurant. You notice immediately how clean it is and how friendly the staff are. The owner greeted us right away, sat us- as we sat a few ppl in our group didn't want a booth, they prefer chairs, he said no problem and put us at a huge table ..we had drinks brought right away to us! Our server Cassidy was one of the best servers I've ever had...i think she should train more servers to do it like her. A few of us at the table have been servers, so dare I say we are picky! She's super friendly, funny, and on the ball. The food was honestly some of the best food we've all had in ages. Hot, yummy, and at great price point. I can't wait to go back..Thank you for such a fantastic experience. You all were exactly what we needed : fun & relaxing good time

We were so hungry (having left a different restaurant due to too long of a wait).We were seated immediately. Our food was delicious! Portion size was amazing. We left feeling happy and full.

Great brunch here! Their brunch platter is monsterous and tasty. Chicken tenders were hot, most and tender, waffle was cooked to perfection as well as the bacon and soft poached eggs. Quote the meal. The host and server were prompt and very friendly. Could not have asked for better service.

The lady took our fries when we still had one left. So much lost potential. RIP little dude.Edit: After the response from the owner I remember that the one large fish in the tank at the front of the store looked very polite. He (or she) deserves better so I am increasing my rating by a star.Thank you.

We decided to eat here for lunch on a Friday. It took 20 mins to even be acknowledged and over 1 hr to get food. Only 6 tables of ppl.. kids didn't even get the kids drink with desert. We will never go here again.

Consistently have a great experience. Food is delicious, staff are kind and give great service and prices are reasonable. As a family of 6 with young kids we find it family friendly while still having the things grown ups enjoy.

The four of us came in for lunch after church. We got seated and had menus in our hands quite quickly. Within seconds we were asked what we wanted. We asked for more time, and she left us for a minute, and then came back again. We made a hasty decision, and settled on the Lumberjack Poutines, Chicken Tenders, and Tomato Basil Soup. However, our server had taken off and left us for fifteen minutes. Finally we got someone's attention and placed our orders. The food came all at once which I appreciated (and gave back a lost star). The servings were adequate, and the food was hot. When the server popped around to see how we were doing my friend asked for more water. She never brought it until the next time she came around to ask how we were doing, and we said we wanted more water. That time she brought it.Ricky’s is much like many restaurants in Mission, and I wasn't impressed. These post c19 servers will eventually get good at the game, but for me it's a pass.

Ricky's Country Restaurant - Mission
First time visiting, we haven’t lived in mission long and didn’t want to go all out fancy for our anniversary, we decided to try Ricky’s and was absolutely thrilled with our service as well as food! Our server Susie was a total sweetheart! I see many complaints about places to eat in Mission but Honestly the food was fresh, perfectly prepared and delicious! Definitely will be returning and highly recommend Ricky’s. Now we gotta come back and try their breakfast next time
