While the collection of footwears at this store is good, have deducted 3 stars due to poor customer service, which was very slow and poor. No one is on the floor to help with your queries.

The manager in this store on March 31was very rude and outrageous and reject my return due to the bottom of the shoe. I told him that he can compare it with the floor model and he did not want to listen at all.

Store has different styles and brands of comfy shoes but not enough salespeople and attendents! This has been the problem forever no matter what time of any day you go to the store! Expect to wait in huge line to just ask for your size or to pay for shoes.

I like the store it has a lot to offer but then some staff aren’t very helpful they sound rude.I was here to find Steel toe shoes CSA approved but they have Redback shoes and Blunderstone shoes that start +200$.However I like the Ugg’s collection they have for winter and Boots collection.They have a good range of vans but they are usually expensive and they don’t offer any sale on Boxing Day as one of the guy working there told me.They shoes are nicely kept and the store is spacious and clean

Love Softmoc and service from Eaton centre. I was there today, the staffs are super friendly and helpful. With their help, I got a pair of new walking shoes. Keep it up.

Went to look for a particular shoe this w/e that I had bought here before - very comfortable. Thankfully, it was still available. Staff found it quickly, was polite and attentive and helpful; checkout was quick and easy. Great service - thanks!
