KONE Elevators & Escalators of Ottawa
I live in a building serviced by this company. We are now on the 4 th week without elevator service. The company does not seem to care. It takes its time without regard to the inconvenience of elderly tenants who have to haul the essentials of life up Four floors. The elevators are 3 years old. Do not use this company. They charge large fees for no satisfactory service.
