Thank you to Gem Auto for always going over and above when working on our vehicles.Our truck is almost at 100,000 km, so it was due for all new fluids. Matt and his team did an amazing job flushing all the old fluids out and putting the new fluids in.This is our preferred mechanic shop to go to and we will always support Gem Auto because we trust the work they do.

These guys are awesome. I will never take my Jeep anywhere else. When they say I need something done I know I need it done. I totally trust them. Friendly service and good, fair prices. You can't ask anymore from your mechanic. And these guys are not in my home town. I travel to know I'm in good hands.

Awesome experience! Had an emergency situation and they were great in their response. Got towed to their shop at 3 in the afternoon and I was back on the road by noon the following day. There was no one else interested or willing to help. They had to order the parts and had them there first thing in the morning. Really great customer service. These guys were busy and put me ahead of others to help. These guys get a top notch recommendation from me!

Wow, these guys are great. After having an issue with another tire shop they stepped up to the plate and got me a good deal on tires, did an oil change and even checked out for free another issue I was having. Matt has some of the best customer service skills in an industry where that is sometimes lacking. Thanks again, love my new tires and I will be back for any additional vehicle needs.

I came out one day to my car having a flat tire and called a few tire shops in town. This is the one that was able to get the tire patched up before they closed. I took the tire off the car and brought it in about an hour before closing after phoning them. They got right on the job and were able to complete it even though it took them until just after closing.
