I recently purchased a used G37xS from Infiniti Downtown. I found the car online, and put a deposit on it over the phone, as I live on the island. The car was exactly as advertised when I arrived. Oscar was my salesman, easy to deal with and very personable throughout the experience. The best part, a full tank of premium fuel.

I just recently purchased a brand new Q50. The whole shopping experience was 5 star. KC, my sales rep did an amazing job through the whole process of the sale. He was very patient with me and answered all my concerns and questions. The rest of the staff who were involved with the sale process...they all did an amazing job.

The worse buying experience I have ever had. The Certified Pre-owned vehicle I purchased does not meet the standards that Infiniti has set for this standard. I asked for them to be corrected and was told that this would take place. I was severely disappointed and would call it “it’s your car now” kind of service. Returning my car with a spot fix is not the solution to a part painted the wrong colour, runs in the paint, weather stripping painted, piece improperly prepped for paint, misaligned headlights and lose fixtures. Not to mention that the power mirror on the passenger side needs to be reset after any passenger uses the door. Also my car did not come back to me washed and was still covered in wax residue from the paint fix". The part that i think is the best is....I made a comment about how long I felt the paint repair would take. So they gave me a loaner and kept my car for a week...and then got a mobile spot painter in to fix a chip. The whole front end of the car needs to be repainted correctly. I would not recommend dealing with this dealership. I paid a premium for a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from this dealer ship and they made me feel chump through the entire process. I would not wish this experience on anyone. I have a car with paint that is going to peel because this dealership did not have this vehicle repaired correctly. Or to the standards set out from Infiniti. Why did I buy the car from this dealer

Very negative experience. We went to Infiniti Downtown to check out a VW used car and with a potential trade in of our own car. The sales person was very dishonest, not very transparent about the information of the car, prior ownership and incidents. After we agreed to have an assessment for a purchase, instead of informing us the fair assessed value of our car, the sales person kept asking us how much we want. After he learned that we do have some knowledge of the VW used car market, he immediately claimed our information was not correct. Eventually he proposed a outrageous deal that cost almost the as the asking price without trade in - assuming they purchase your car at one third of the retail price plus huge extra fees. We walked away immediately. Would never do any business with them.

I recently purchased a 2017 Infiniti Q50 and I was very impressed by the professionalism shown at this dealership. Oscar was not only friendly, helpful, but most importantly honest and straight forward. I originally was comparing the Q50 to a 3 series, but he showed me the benefits and a great lease payment. Further more, business manager, Andy, is also great he showed me various ways to protect my investment. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an Infiniti.

I had very bad experience with their service department. I bought a QX60 two months ago, and had problem with coming out air, it is way too cold. Even at the weather with 30 degree outside, without turning A/C on, we have to leave inside temperature at 26 degree to keep warm, the air come out feels like A/C air. When one engine light was on, I called Infinity Vancouver downtown service department to book a service, I had tried to explain the cold air problem to someone who answered the phone, and he seemed did not believe this is the problem and told me to manually turn the temperature up. I had driven many different cars before and none of them had this kind problem. I asked the gentleman, it is summer now and I had turned the temperature to 26 to keep warm, what about the winter, what I should keep the temperature at.Last Friday, I brought the car to the service department and explained the problem again, after few hours, I was told there was no problem at all. For the air problem, we just need turn the dual off instead on, my husband did it and he had to turn the temperature to 30 to keep inside car warm with outside 28 degree. Also we were told that the engine light on is because the oil tank cap was not tight enough, and I was supposed to pay this service, but they were going to waive this time.What I could say, so bad manner and service, for last 16 years, our family had 7 different leased cars, and never had this kind problems. Whatever it is cheap car or expensive, none of any dealers are treating us like this. I thought infinity is a great car and downtown dealer has higher rating. No It is not true at all. I gave one, because I have to choose one to post my review.

My personal experience has been great at this dealer. They did take care of me when I purchased the vehicle providing me with a great deal. Thanks to the sales rep. Alex and the previous general manager Harris! After sale, they are also taking care of my vehicle. Harris kept assisting me in the issues I had. Angelo, the new general manager, has offered his assistance. Shaun from service did a great job investigating a problem I had. I was impressed with their findings and solutions to the problem! All I can say is that they earned the 5 stars!

My wife and I recently bought an Infiniti Q60 from Infiniti DT. What started as an online inquiry turned out to be the best car sales experience we ever had. Alex (and the rest of the staff) was focused on meeting our needs in an environment which was calming, inclusive and customer centric. Not once did we ever feel he wasn’t listening to us. Now we do live in Kelowna but all I can say is the next time we are looking for a vehicle, or know someone who is, we will definitely refer them to Infiniti DT Vancouver! Sonny and Danielle, very happy customers.
