Went in for a quick sales question about TV with Telus and Atel was super helpful and friendly; he also assisted me at getting a good, fair deal on my TV package. I would encourage you to visit this store for your Telus/Koodo needs and ask for Atel. He is awesome!

Elizabeth T. was absolutely incredible. I was very upset because I had lost my phone with my photo ID. She was very professional, kind and helped to problem solve so that she could help me. Due to her creative thinking, we were able to find a way to verify who I was, and get my phone working. At one point I was so frustrated that I was about to cancel my contract with Koodo and wanted to return my new phone. Due to her kindness and support, she was able to support me through a very difficult moment. I can't recommend her enough. 5 stars.

Jacky was such an amazing help when I came into the store front last week! It was getting close to closing time but without any hesitation he assisted me with all my needs. During the process, I was so frazzled from a very long work week but he made the transaction so seamless with all of his knowledge and patience- I highly recommend Jacky, what a gem! He really deserves that raise though ;)

Wish I could give more stars to Jacky at pacific centre store.He is an absolute gem of a person!!!!!Went to their pacific centre to get new phone after wasting endless hours waiting on the phone. Had a networking problem on Sunday. Spent three hours on the phone getting bounced around like a ping pong ball by people telling me that it wasn’t their problem. I was ready to dump Telus when I finally got Rod in tech support. Solved my problem in a couple of minutes. If it wasn’t for that, I would be using a different provider. Thanks again Rod.

Wild from the Telus/koodo kiosk in Pacific center made things easy. Transferred over from koodo to Telus with a much better plan. Paying the same amount. Great service.
