Junkaroo was booked to come to our home for waste pickup today. They called my husband and said they were coming two hours early. He called back to say that we wouldn't be home to receive them so Steve then refused to come at the originally appointed time. He offered to come the next day but we both work and we booked this particular time because I happened to be home this afternoon. When my husband pointed out that this was pretty poor customer service, he wrote back a very selfish email about how hard he works and how many happy clients he has. I'm not sure why he thinks HIS hard work and time are more valuable than mine when I've just come home from a 26 hour shift but I certainly won't be booking his services again. JustJunk came out and removed the waste same day.After seeing this review, Steve texted my husband and called him difficult" and "a piece of work". He continued to send harassing texts following that. If having jobs and not being able to sit at home all week expecting you to show up when you say you will means we're difficult

I have used Junkaroo and I have tried JustJunk. It you are looking for the better of the two, it’s Junkaroo. I have been doing a renovation on my home during the covid 19 and have gotten three bins from Steve over the past 4 months. He is always polite and professional and shows up the day he says he will. If you are like Tammy Ryan and want a white glove treatment and a fancy bill to go with… choose JustJunk. If you want a hardworking guy that will get the job done right and at a fair price, then stick with Steve at Junkaroo. I found him to be responsive to texts, and took care in dropping the bins off, and it’s easy to see he takes pride of his business. Keep up the good work Steve most of us appreciate your effort!

I contacted Steve at Junkaroo to take down our deck. I found Steve to be very friendly, professional and very approachable. The work was done in a timely manner and he made the whole transition literally a walk in the park. I would recommend Junkaroo for all and any of your waste management needs!

I am thrilled with how smoothly Steve's crew were able to help me clear out the final items from my mom's house after she passed. Steve responded quickly, scheduled my pickup within a few days, and was did a great job of getting both the junk and the items that can be repurposed. Highly recommended.

Steve was very friendly, professional, and returned my calls quickly. Bin was delivered on time, and they were careful not to damage our property (which is difficult in our narrow driveway). They were flexible and able to extend our rental without issue. I would use this service again.

I cannot say enough great things about our experience with Steve and Junkaroo - they were professional, prompt, and clearly experts at what they do (even finding and setting aside something that wasn’t meant to be removed - very conscientious).
