Stellar service experience. Rob at Lights on Banks" serviced our two Art Deco lamps; and an Art Nouveau lamp; all required updated wiring. Did the repairs in under 24 hours (amazing); the work was perfect; and the price exactly as quoted. Everything was returned to us cleaned

We took an older floor lamp for repair. The lamp was wobbly and needed to be stabilized. I received a phone call within two hours of dropping the lamp and it was repaired… Service was just excellent and so was the charge for the repair! I would highly recommend Lights On Banks. Thank you again.

The light selection is amazing at Lights On Banks! The quality of their products is great and the service is first class. All the staff were knowledgable and ready to assist. Sue was very helpful in working with me to choose lights for my home and Rob was great with the technical advice for installing the lights. I highly recommend Lights On Banks for your lighting needs.

We had a great experience renewing our light fixtures at Lights on Banks. Kim was terrific. She was very knowledgeable about the many, many options and guided us efficiently to our ultimate choices. She then managed the ordering, holding of the products and finally the installation when it became safe to do so. Dan, the installer also did a fine job and safely for we older people employing both mask and gloves. Thanks very much.

We took an old 1960s lamp in for repair. Stan repaired it perfectly, quickly, and at unbelievable price. I would not hesitate to recommend Lights On Banks!

Today I went looking for replacement chandelier/light crystals for a lamp I purchased. I went to the craft store thinking I would find them there but they do not sell lighting accessories. I am fairly new to Kelowna so started at Lights On and spoke with Anissa. She kindly went to the storage room and brought out a box of assorted crystals and accessories trying to find a match for me. We ended up locating enough to replace the broken ones I had! She was so very kind and did not charge me for them and even gave me the little hooks in case I did not have enough!Thank you so much, you really helped me and I appreciate it!Tammy Jewell

Not only does the store have an incredibly beautiful selection of lights, but also such amazing service. Rob helped us with the rewiring and recertifying of a chandelier we purchased from a furniture store and we’re so thankful for his help. His attention to detail and commitment to making the light just perfect was so appreciated. We highly recommend checking out this lighting store.

This company far exceeded my expectations. Went in there with my DIY project chandelier that was in pieces. I had been sold the wrong replacement parts by a hardware store and was frustrated and stumped about what to do next. Rob got out the proper parts and fixed it while I waited. It looks great, I know it's safe and I wasn't over charged.Thank you so much to all of you!
