Auburn Heights Retirement Residence

Auburn Heights Retirement Residence has turned out to be an excellent choice for my elderly mother with dementia. The Blossom program has helped keep her engaged and active. She now has friends in this group, which has helped with the transition from her home. Additionally, the caring staff is attentive and always helpful.

I am lucky to experience the incredible activities and staff at Auburn Heights with a good friend and client that I visit regularly. She takes part in the Blossom group which has well organized, energetic and inclusive programs. There are often many laughs being had at the engaging and entertaining programs. Staff, Denise and Michelle, have a wonderful way of making each program fun, welcoming and resident focused! Thank you!!!

Mom has enjoyed living at Auburn since 2016. The staff are extremely caring and attentive to her needs and the meals are nutritious and tasty. The Blossom Program provides the help she needs to continue to be at all social events (and there are many!). Our family would highly recommend Auburn Heights.

We moved my mother-in-law into Auburn Heights approximately a month ago. We were immediately made to feel welcome at the residence and all of our questions were quickly answered. The facility is very clean, well organized, and provides plenty of activities for the residents. Overall we have been impressed!

Today marks four years that Mom has lived in the Auburn Heights Retirement Residence community. On her first day there, Mom commented “I love it”. Mom still comments the same way today four years later. Over the years, Mom has frequently used the pool and her patio. These were two of her requests when we were looking for the best place for Mom to live and she has taken advantage of both. Mom has also frequently participated in the many activities that occur in the community each month. Our family is also is very happy with the Auburn Heights Retirement Residence. As Mom has moved from her early 80’s to her mid 80’s we have been able to increase her care to help maintain her quality of life.

My wife stayed at Auburn Heights in late November for a week of respite care. They were very accommodating to her care needs and provided the help she needed to make her stay as enjoyable as possible. This was her first time in a care facility so I was a little concerned about how she would adjust but, thanks to the wonderful staff and the many activities available, she absolutely loved it. I am planning another stay for her at Auburn Heights in early February.

I recently moved my parents into Auburn Heights. After two weeks, I am amazed at how easy Auburn Heights made the transition. They are fantastic at looking after my parents (reminders to take meds, escorts down to dinner if necessary (my dad's memory is not great) and constantly checking in on them. My parents are raving about the food - that was a pleasant surprise. The staff has really gone out of their way to make sure my parents have everything they need, that they feel safe and welcome.

Great team at Auburn Heights that were so helpful , kind and knowledgeable as we looked for a seniors home for our Mom. We appreciated the patience and great communication during that process . Thank you again .

Auburn Heights is an excellent retirement residence. My mother is safe and happy at Auburn, I don’t worry about her for one minute. The staff are truly unbelievable, totally accommodating, very transparent; great food, lots of super activities, live music, very nice suites, lovely dining room…in house very good doctors, dental hygienist…Feel free to contact me with any questions…All the best with doing the very best for your parents.

When my dad passed away, we were lost, we were referred to Auburn Heights and have been extremely happy. The blossom program is excellent and provides daily social activities. The food is outstanding and all the staff are there for support and guidance. I highly recommend Auburn Heights.
