Most of the therapists treated well except one which I felt that she is not respectful and not pleasant towards the clients.I have had a bitter experience with Ms.K

My husband and I both come here on a regular basis. Great experience, very knowledgeable team. I’ve mainly booked with Alisha, she’s amazing and very great at explaining things.

I had a fabulous massage with Denis at Guildford Panda Clinic. Liked that he was happy to educate me and customizing a treatment for me. My only moment of pause were the sheets. They need updating for sure. They were clean but stained. Other then that, great treatment.

Amazing people. They listen to your concerns and do their best to help. Not only do they work on issue area, some advice, tips and tricks are suggested that you can do till next appointment

I arrived 15mins early before my appointment time and I was greeted by the receptionist right away. Shortly after, my RMT arrived and asked me if I wanted to start my appointment a little early (which was great). Before the procedure, he asked me important questions such as if I have any previous surgery or injury, what areas I would like him to focus, and how much pressure I could tolerate for the whole procedure. During the procedure, I felt that he was not rushing and just taking his time to maximize my appointment time. I also appreciate that he explained the procedure as we went along. He also gave me some tips to how properly take care of my lower back as it’s my biggest issue. Overall, the service I received today was excellent and staff were very welcoming and nice. It was really relaxing.

I have been to Panda twice in the last fortnight. Both times I had a great experience!

Been to this clinic two times this year and had sessions with two different massage therapists. They did very good overall. They started the session on time and touched all the concerned areas very gentle and enough to give relaxation. A recommended place for people who are looking to have relaxing massage.

I’ve been here twice now for rmt massage. I’ve had two different practitioners (Dennis and Vikash) and both times I’ve had great experiences. They listen to your needs and really know how to relieve your stress points. They’re very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Sending me away with at home exercises as well. Front desk could friendlier, but nevertheless you’re there for the practitioners. Highly recommend!

**Update: 5/5**After hearing about my last experience, Ryan from Panda Clinic's Patient Care Outreach team immediately contacted me to rectify the situation. They were kind enough to offer me another massage with another RMT. My experience this second time was much better: timely service and a very relaxing massage. The customer service and quality of care was excellent.2.5/5 - Kind receptionist, good massage, could improve time management.I booked a massage for the first time at this clinic. As per the e-mail instructions, I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled time. The welcome I received was good.However, the RMT I had booked did not arrive on time. In fact, I watched them walk into the clinic 2-3 minutes after my appointment was supposed to begin. By the time I was finally called into the room and was ready to be massaged, 10 minutes had already passed. This would have been fine if the 10 minutes was used to give me an initial assessment and talk with me about my medical history, but it wasn't.I did not say anything as I was under the impression that the RMT would have extended my time (other RMTs I have been to have done this out of courtesy). I also believe that the onus should have been on the RMT and not the client to amend the wrong. However, when the RMT stopped my appointment, I checked the time and saw that I still had 2 minutes left. With all the missed minutes here and there, my supposed 60-minute appointment ended up being closer to a 45-minute appointment. Quite disappointing and unprofessional.Despite the situation, I will say the massage itself was quite good and provided me with a plenty of relief. Also, I do acknowledge that the RMT may have had their own reasons for arriving late so I did not want to put them on the spot or name them. They were skillful, but I just would have liked my appointment time to have been better used.
