His clients are his top priority and there have been so many times where clients have not been able to get funding and have been declined by other lenders and Kevin has worked his magic and been able to get them approved with even better rates & terms than they would have gotten at other lenders. He has had numerous awards (monthly, annually and career awards) to show that he gets amazing results and does amazing numbers of mortgages and is a very high rated mortgage agent within DLC. I worked with Kevin Lilliard. At first, Kevin was able to get us pre approved even though our application was a mess on our part.. when I came to Kevin with one more issue, he immediately declined us without even relooking at the numbers.. two weeks later, we received a pre-approval from someone else for $100,000 more than what Kevin was able to get us from the beginning. Kevin’s dismissal made me feel as though we were problem clients and he just didn’t want to deal with us. His email signature stated that he was top 20 in 2018.. not sure how he got this rating..
