Positives- polite staff and good music. A decent ambience.Experience - I tried their Mysore masala dosa. I was a bit disappointed as it just had the masala and not how it is usually served with aalo and the masala. But none the less, when expressed our dissatisfaction, they only charged up for a plain dosa.Other dishes that we tried were Manchurian chicken and garlic noodle, both were good!

Unfortunately they had ran out of butter chicken, which our group was looking forward to eat! Everything was good, the naan was warm and pulled apart nicely. Most of the dishes were spicy but that was expected. The fish appetizer was a great start to our meal. They were able to accommodate a group of 8 on a walk in, very much appreciated!

It's Fake biryaniThey hided fried chicken pakora pieces inside the plain coloured rice.I given 3 star just for it's neatness and eatable tasteDon't believe it as biryani

I ordered Hyderabadi Mutton Dum Biriyani as dinner . 2 plates. paid 40 dollar bill in total including mineral water bottle and VAT. The spices in the biriyani and the extra gravy, both were delicious and spicy. But I was disappointed. I felt like I ate almost nothing, just rice. The dish should be called 'Bone licking biriyani'! Only two very small pieces of mutton and two solid bones. No dum potato was in the dish! They used smallest size of egg as a boiled egg. It was very difficult for me to eat all those rice just with two smallest pieces of mutton and a small boiled egg. I searched whether there was any portion of meat existed in those bone pieces, but there wasn't any! All those two plates of biriyani were the same, namesake mutton pieces!

I ordered a Hyderabadi chicken Dum Biryani jumbo pack which comes with raita, salan and 2 gulab jamuns. I was planning to be there In Brampton store for a while but it didn't happen. Then I found they had opened a new store in Kitchener so I gave it a try. If I want to rate it by look then it’s 5 stars. It has a dark brown layer at the bottom and then white and yellow rice at the top. Taste wise I would say it is good but could be better. It would be great if they add an option to make it more spicy.

It’s my second visit of take out, ordered garlic naan and chicken tikka masala now, I must say quantity, quality and flavour of chicken tikka masala is absolute abysmal to say the least, naan looks like stagnant one very hard for my liking. You guys need a lot of improvement not at all encouraging to visit except for the name of restaurant which is inspired from Hyderabad’s famous restaurant.

Visited this restaurant four times, 45 minutes to 30 minutes before their posted closing hours and am always told the restaurant is closed??? Only got some food once - no rice but curry chicken and naan were great.They claim the posted closing hours are when the restaurant is lock (???) And that all restaurants do this???I have no idea when they stopped taking orders/ stop serving on any given night - bad business.

RUDE FRONT DESK STAFFI picked up chilly paneer and guntur chicken today, no doubt your chicken starter was delicious but the chilly paneer was like rock hard. I called the restaurant to give them a feedback about it but the front desk male staff named Pavan Kumar who spoke to me was super arrogant and was not ready to take the feedback constructively, I did ask for chilli paneer dry, which means the consistency to be dry, not the paneer be rock hard and at least 3 days old. When I tried to explain this to your staff he kept arguing that no one complained since morning but just me. I ve been a regular to this restaurant and have left many positive feedback directly to the chef who makes the food but this sort of ill treatment was not expected from your staff. We were overjoyed to see a Hyderabadi restaurant opening up in my area but this would be the last time me and my family would visit your restaurant. I will make sure I will not speak positively about this restaurant to my friends as well.
