These guys were on time and overall very helpful and outgoing.

He was efficient, reliable and friendly. He offered a reasonable price for the amount of stuff I had him remove. I recommend him to everyone.

Paid Ian to keep my sidewalk and walking path shovelled through the winter. It’s literally a 5 minute job per snowfall since I don’t have a driveway. We decided on a monthly rate and he only came one time that month! Granted it only snowed a couple of times but he didn’t bother to show up either time it snowed. I only got the first initial shovel when I hired him. He would come up with excuses or just not respond to any of my texts. I paid $140 for him to shovel one time!! Would really like to get my money back but obviously that won’t happen. I got scammed. I shouldn’t have paid him upfront for the month.

I want to encourage you not to use this service. If you do, insist that the work is done before the payment is made. A friend recently paid ahead of time for snow removal and despite promising to come many times, Ian did not show up despite taking my friend's money. That's criminal behavior for someone who reportedly wants to be a MP? Typical politician I guess. AVOID HIS COMPANY, he cannot be trusted.

We are happy with the service. Good pricing and flexible with his time. Will use him again.

Hopefully the right place I'm reviewing, used this service today to remove an exercise machine, a broken dresser, and a bunch of junk, Ian was in and out within the hour and took everything that needed to be gone for a fair and wonderful price. Very friendly and professional, quick work ethic that made sure we didn't have to be there the whole day. Provided I'm reviewing the right place 10/10 Will be using the service again when needed!

Unfortunately, I have to give this business a two star rating. We hired Ian to do a clear out of my mom‘s house, all the furniture and garbage. He gave a very fair price the work he did was very good, and I was very pleased with it. He had his last load loaded and two items wouldn’t fit in his truck. He said that he would return after he dropped the load off at the dump and pick the two items up. So we paid him so we wouldn’t have to wait for his return and he never showed up. The items were left on the front yard. He ghosted me through text message and phone calls. When I finally did get a hold of him, he text back and said that he was on his way to pick up the items, and again he never showed up. The house has been sold, and the new owners are going to be taking possession of it and the items are still waiting to be picked up. I don’t live in the city, so I have to make arrangements to get these items moved very disappointed because up until this point I was very pleased with his work. Just don’t pay him in advance. Should not be trusted to to fulfill his commitment if he’s already been paid

We and our neighbours hired these guys for snow removal. Never showed up when they were supposed to and could never get a hold of them (Ian, the contact guy) so we and our neighbours fired them. When they did show up, they either only did half of the work and or did a very poor job! Not to be trusted!!! Buyer beware!

Very polite and professional!!! Would definitely use again.

Paid this guy $350 to do my snow clearing for two months. He showed up once it look ed like a five year old did the job. Hasn’t shown up since.
