Thyme Maternity

Great maternity store with an excellent service! It has pretty much everything what you need throughout your pregnancy and feel free to ask all the questions you need! Plus, plenty of free parking available!I went in for the first time about few months ago. Being on the maternity clothes market for the first time, I really had no idea, what I needed or what sizes I needed. The girls helped me out with an ease and smile in their faces. They must really enjoy what they´re doing.Especially thankful for three assistants who all helped me figure out my new cup size for a maternity bra. :)) They all really took their time to make sure I leave happy. They really have a great lingerie section. Check it out!The only thing I forgot to ask about was the Bump Benefits I signed up for. The girl at the cash didn`t remind me either and so I ended up not getting my welcome bag. I had to go in specially another day to pick it up.I also love their online store. Very convenient to shop around from the comfort of your own home, as I now know what to shop for.

My first experience at Thyme Maternity was horrendous. I walked into Thyme Maternity at Heartland Town Centre to purchase maternity undergarments and clothes. The customer service was horrible. I was squatting down looking at the undergarments. I opened the bottom drawer to look for my size and the sales associate leans in pushing me so she can close the drawer. She stumbled with her words and said only customers are allowed to open that drawer." I assumed she meant to say only the employees are allowed. Though if I didn't catch myself she would've knocked me over. The sales associate could've used her words and asked me to close the drawer instead of getting into my personal space and getting physical with me."

What happened to all the great friendly and helpful sales staff I always encountered at this store. My latest experience was absolutely horrible. I wish I could give zero stars.The Sales Associate was Rude and Withdrawn. I was not greeted when I entered the Heartland Thyme store. I was not helped while I was in the trying room, not asked if I needed assistance, not offered different sizes. She was just busy collecting the clothes in the trial rooms and putting them back in their proper places, all the time ignoring me even though I was the only customer, so the shop was not overcrowded at any point during my visit.I wouldn't dream of returning, and would opt for a different location.

Fantastic experience third time around. Associate was full of energy and knowledge. She helped me avoid sifting through the bras and provided with my exact options. I’ve laced my order through the store and the bras arrived the next day to my house!! Amazing experience!

I am posting this review on behalf of my fiancée as she came home upset saying she will never return to this location.. she purchased 2 dresses a little while ago and when she returned (Oct. 19th) to exchange/receive store credit, she was greeted with hostility and made to feel like an inconvenience. Regardless of the outcome of the exchange, which is irrelevant, the main reason of this post is to express the lack of customer service and negative energy portrayed.

Went today and was greeted politely by the staff and she took the time to suggest items and made sure I was comfortable in them and picked items that were on sale which was a bonus! I walked out feeling so happy with my purchase and absolutely loved the staff I wish I could remember her name but she was such a great help and had a wonderful customer service attitude.

I went to this location Wednesday August 7 2019 at around 7pm... I was the only customer in the store. I was in search of a nursing bra because my bras currently were hurting my back ... the store employee seemed miserable and uninterested in helping. I don’t even think she smiled once. When she asked me my pre pregnancy bra size she said “Oh wow” assuming that meant I had gained a lot of weight. She didn’t seem to educated on pregnancy either as I was obviously 9 months pregnant and she suggested me getting a bigger band size for me to grow more, when it should be the opposite because I’m about to give birth and lose weight. Wasn’t a good experience for me, I won’t be back. If you’re looking for helpful staff I would take the drive to Bramalea mall and the ladies there are great. 2 stars are just for the product. 0 stars for the miserable employee.

Be careful about your online shopping from Thyme Maternity! I did my purchase on May 28th , 2020 and returned it the day after I received it because of the low quality and wrong size. The total amount I paid was $71.68, but they only refunded me $47.78! I tried to get in touch with customer service either by phone or email but it didn't work and nobody answered my calls and emails! Don't waste your time and money.

Jez helped me today and she was just wonderful! Amazing customer service and I was impressed with the range, quality and prices too. I’ll be back as my pregnancy progresses. Thanks again for a great experience and all your help Jez. Ps there are even toys in the fitting rooms for your toddler!
