The customer service and speed of the project at uptown was like no other. I called around and got multiple ridiculous quotes for blinds with the contractors citing “we are in a pandemic”. When I contacted the team at uptown they were able to provide fair pricing and did not blame product shortages, price increase or turnaround time on the Pandemic - they provided unbelievable customer service and they were able to get the product fast and install fast. I will never look elsewhere for a blinds contractor.

The guys at Uptown were prompt and professional. They measured the windows and offered guidance on panel layout. They were back in a week with the zebra blinds and installed them very quickly. Great pricing and lots of options to choose from!
