Very poor customer service, do not recommend. They are cheap for a reason

I bought insurance with them but had to withdraw due to family issues. Tried to get them to refund me, it's been over a month and they still haven't refunded me. Everyday I call and they tell me different stories. They have poor customer service. I definitely do not recommend their services and will never purchase insurance from them again. Don't be fooled by the lower rates!
