Horrible customer service. I was told that the items I had chosen were additional 50% off. I confirmed with 2 staff. Once I went to pay for them, they gave me a total of double the amount of money. When I questioned it, they told me they were not additional 50% off. The manager came over. Confirmed that they were not additional 50% off. They didn’t honour the what they had just told me, they didn’t even offer me anything for wasting my time and owing their mistake but they didn’t even apologize. I didn’t even get a “I’m sorry but it was a mistake”. Horrible attitude and customer service. Will not be going back.

Terrible experience the two time I went there. Keep in mind I've bought multiple bras from the Cornwall location and never had a single problem with any of them. Bought two bras on sale, both within the week had the wire coming out. Went back and returned it, manager was so rude to me. Bought another bra not on sale in the same style a size up, same thing happened. This time when I went to exchange It the manager told me that if I bought another bra she wouldn't let me return it, even if it was in a different style. She said my body type didn't work for bras that they sold and that I was build like a guy (I'm tall but not built like a man) So not only was she extremely rude and body shamed a 19 year old but she also made it seem like it was my fault that there bras were breaking after days of me wearing them. I ended up going to Elizabeth lingerie and swim suit. Amazing customer service and made me feel welcomed, wanted and comfortable. They fit everybra to me until it was going to be comfortable today and in 6 months. Best customer service I've ever had. I've never had that here, also the other staff just watched the manager belittle me and said nothing. Will never come back or recommend anyone to go to this place as long as that manager is there. Women should support women.

RACISM at its peak !!!!I didn’t know about this store before. Today me and my other 2 fiends went there as some of the clothes were on sale. We stood in a line infront of the trial room to give our clothes a try. When the customer infront of us went inside me and my friends were waiting in the line but I think we were standing a bit closer to the fitting room entrance. Suddenly the manager who is in her 50s or 60s started yelling at us. “Hey! Hey! Hey! Move back . You are not supposed to stand here.This is not the place to stand. just go back” with such a rude tune. Other customers were looking at us as if we stole something from the store. She could’ve talked to us professionally or politely. Such a RACIST & KAREN.

Unfortunately I had a really bad experience with an employee. I was near the store today and had never been in so thought I would go browse. I shopped around then went to the change rooms. As an employee took my items and was hanging them up she questioned me “didn’t you have a bathing suit?” To which I was a little taken aback and replied that I browsed them but didn’t take any to try on. Then the employee proceeded to say to me “ oh I swore I thought I saw you pick one up” and gave me a questioning look.I have never felt so embarrassed for doing nothing. I’ve never been accused of shoplifting and it was mortifying. I ended up buying a discount robe that I was “fine” with cause I didn’t want the staff to think I was only there to shop lift.

Amazing deals, and super friendly staff. LaVie en Rose Outlet has everything from PJs to bras and lingerie. The staff were so helpful and willing to grab new sizes. There are many change rooms to try on clothes with a limit of 4 at a time (don't worry, the staff will gladly help you swap out if you have more). There is a large parking lot out front for easy parking. Thanks so much!

Staff need training in customer service. They stood outside the changeroom door while I helped my already uncomfortable teenage daughter with sizing and handed bras over the door one at a time. No privacy. Then when we were ready to pay we stood at the till waiting for assistance while the employees visited. They saw us waiting as they were facing our direction, but ignored us and continued to visit amongst themselves. Finally i walked over towards them as apparently their visiting was more important then a sale. Only then did they decide to assist us. There were no other customers in the store and three employees working. Very poor experience. We won't be back.

The store and staff are awesome, always good deals to be found! However there's an older lady that works there and she's always unpleasant to be around, she has a better than you attitude towards customers and the other staff

Every time I walk into this outlet. Not the Cornwall one but the east outlet, I always get ignored. The first time I went I got no service and stood in line with an empty store. The 2 ladies at the check out continued talking, then after a minute looked at me and told me to wait because they were “training” but they were talking about their weekend plans. I waited 10 minutes. The next time I went, still no acknowledgement. Then during check out the lady took everything I bought, crammed it in a ball and shoved it in the bag after I asked for a bag. No “have a good day”, just gave me the bag and turned around. Really disappointing :(
